my family and i went on a cruise for mother’s day and the food was absolutely outstanding! the ribs were fall of the bone with so much flavor and the prime rib was so tender and juicy. 11/10 for these guys.

My friend and I attended the Lake Pleasant for the boat cruise and the food was amazing!! I received the vegetarian meal option and it was so good. Everything was cooked to perfection. The salad, entree and desert was wonderful. The chef even checked on us to make sure we were satisfied and they allowed people to come back down for seconds! I received so much food from my initial serving, that I was able to pack a to go plate! Everything was so good!

We were able to enjoy this awesome charcuterie on board a sunset cruise on Lake Pleasant! Very tasty, fresh and well put together!

My husband and I got married on 11/12/22 and we chose Michael & his team at Butcher Block Catering to cater our special day. They did a phenomenal job! We absolutely loved the grazing table & our dinner, and so did our guests. The presentation that was provided was simply beautiful, and the flavor of our food was simply delicious! You will definitely want to book Michael & his team for your big event!

The crab and shrimp boil was a big hit! Everything was delicious and the presentation of the grazing table was so beautiful! I highly recommend this company for all your catering needs big or small! This will now become our annual event!

Loved everything about Butcher Block Catering for our wedding at Hope Barn and Gardens in North Phoenix from the food to the price to the service. Michael and Janine are the very best! All the guests loved the food and so glad even us as the bride and groom got to enjoy all of it! The grooms plate was totally clean in just a few minutes! 🙂 The Grazing table was perfect for cocktail hour and from what i remember everyone got though the buffet line very quickly as we had 2 lines. Only got a picture of the grazing table set up right now. Will use again for any big events!

Michael and his crew do an excellent job preparing the food and serving their guests. I have never tasted food with this much flavor. It's clear that Michael and his team put a lot of passion in the flavoring of everything they prepare. My favorites are (in no particular order) would have to be the Spinach artichoke dip, the Tri-tip beef and the MOST delicious Scallop Potatoes (Chef Michael's specialty). I don't really know what all is in those potatoes, but hey who doesn't like cheesy potatoes? They are a MUST try. Thank you Michael and your team for some of the best tasting food I have every eaten.
