I am very disappointed. Biggest issue is customer service. They lack customer service, they do not return calls. Constantly calling to be sent to a voicemail that is full. First our photo shoot that had been planned for weeks was pushed out because someone else wanted my time slot, come to find out we were the only 2 that day. Got there and apparently the photographer was still in the back with the other photo session and started our session another 30 min later. I had a car towed for this photo shoot and they had no consideration. The photos have so many issues pictures were not centered. So many bad pictures. I feel like they didnt even go thru them or made edits. Most were not even cropped. The video you can tell was left standing for periods of time as the video is recording nothing guest are to the side. Last so many minutes of the video are on the banda. I can hear them I do not need a video of every angle of them. I would have perfered on my guest or my daughter the quincenera. I am still waiting on a call back from Ugo to work something out and maybe they can swap some pictures. Attached a few pic of how they are not centered, the chandelier is the highlight point, pic of there backs what will I do with that its not there face, the one pic of her in the car and the car is cropped out. I wish you would have started with "because you are purchasing the basic package we will not capture the moment". Adding 4 different pictures and going thru and cropping her dress out does not fix it. If you have over 1000 pictures take and this was the best you can provide. I should have looked at your reviews prior to choosing you. Or should have talked to Cesar and Jessica sadly they paid a higher package and they still got the same service.

I loved Photo art & LOLA quince dresses! The experience was very nice and the camera man who helped me on the day of my quince had great humor and a great likable personality! Very great prices for the amazing job they do . Photoshoots were amazing and loved how the photos turned out. Thank you to Photo Art & LOLA Quince Dresses for making my special day so amazing !

We went to appointment everything sounded great ! asked the young man a question. If there would be an extra fee if engagement photos were to be shot in flagstaff , he didn’t know the answer so I asked him to text with response once he has it, and it’s been 3 days and no response . I feel that shows how important business is to them .

3 monthes ago: All I can say is that I am really disappointed. They care more about getting paid instead of actually capturing people’s most beautiful moments. And they do not really edit anything. My wedding was beautiful but I can’t even post anything because of how bad the quality of the pictures and videos are. Photo art should understand that things happen at weddings and things don’t always go as planned but like I said they just care about getting paid. It took them like 4 months to get everything that was supposed to be edited but they definitely do not edit, and to wait that long but get pictures and videos that look bad is crazy. Photo art, No matter what packages people book, you should put your all into it because these are our special moments that only happen once. I am seriously Disappointed, please Do Not BOOK Them!! June 19: 2025 You guys have been doing this work for 11 years but are still not delivering good work. I never said the photographer and videographer that we had that day was bad but the outcome was bad. Either way like I said you guys only care about getting paid reasons why you think it is ok to not apologize to people who feel disappointed about your work. I feel like an apology would have been better than your reasons. Like you think it feels nice to not be able to post our biggest cherishing moments? DO NOT BOOK! Because what does the package have to do with how the video quality should come out? I shouldn’t have to pay someone else to edit a video if you guys claim that it’s good!

We still haven’t received our video from our wedding since December and now we are in May 11th. They told us to come in and we came in to get a short highlight and still haven’t gotten the full video. We paid our full amount of the most expensive package and have not received our full package. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend unless you plan to wait a long period of time to get your video.

Bad mannerism, seller can be deceiving. I’m disappointed with the prolonged delay. Contract negotiations don’t match what is promised by associate. Dates don’t necessarily match and neither does the service. Not big on reviews but this deserved some proper attention. If you want a smooth and easy experience, try someone else.

This place is amazing they got us in last minute and they were so nice with us. I recommend them very highly beautiful place and beautiful people here. Thank you so much!!!
