Just wanted to show some love to this company from here in south Florida! I have purchased multiple orders, and today I reached out to request special shipping for an item, and they replied quickly and was able to accommodate my shipping situation. So shout out to these guys for the great customer service, and looking forward to more business in the future!

Devin, Cameron, Hector, all of them go above and beyond and anyone else I’m missing thank you, if I’m sneaker shopping this is the first and usually only stop I need to make. I was in today, came in 445, thought they were open until 6 didn’t check the store hours and Cameron specifically didn’t rush me let me shop around and only let me know at the end of the transaction about the hours. I’ll be loyal to this place as long as I’m in phoenix (unless I keep losing their raffles, just kidding guys!)

An absolute gem of a store! Not only was the staff the most kind & helpful, but they had some of the most sought after sneaker releases! 10/10 store, I will be returning!

My husband had been eyeing this place for some time now. We finally got a chance to stop by while in the area. The guy there was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed the vibes they had going. He told us they had the smallest shoe size on display for women and children. My husband liked the gym type shorts from them and got a shirt and a hat and got his first Birkenstocks . And I finally bought myself my first pair of Jordans. If ever in the area again I would definitely tag along to come back.

Manor is an incredible store that I would recommend to anyone looking for great kicks and great clothing. My daughter and I went into the store just to take a peak around and the service we received was amazing. The gentleman working the afternoon/evening of Feb 13 (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) provided us with not only great serivxe but he also took the time to offer many other recommendations of other local places to check out during our time in Phoenix. We will make sure to always make a trip to Manor anytime we are in the area again. Thanks for such an awesome experience!

I've purchased a few pairs of shoes from these folks, and service has always been great. Nice shop, cool shoes (for kids, not serious adults). But there is a young lady who hopefully won't be working there when you go. I tried to buy shoes for my daughter in light of our past good experiences, but if you don't want to deal with the youthful too cool for school attitude prevalent with today's youth, avoid the store if she's working. We stood right in front of her with a shoe in hand for a few mins, and she didn't even look at us. Admittedly, she was on the phone, but no eye contact, no acknowledgement we we were there, nothing. We decided to leave, we were ready to purchase. Well buy online from someone else. She doesn't own the place, so she could probably care less. This is a nice area, and people expect good service, like we received the first two times we purchased there. This may seem frivolous, but I think established people deserve a bit better service, at least basic acknowledgement of a customer.

10 out of 10 experience with this company. Texas gal here, I found them online because of their incredible prices in comparison to competition. But I had a few questions about shipping and inventory sizes. I called the store in Arizona and spoke with Devin. I was ordering shoes for my kids, and when i tell you he went above and beyond. I was so grateful for his customer service. He helped me with my entire cart and ended up actually having more options in stock at his location that weren’t on the website. Yallllll, he got them added to the website in under 5 minutes the website is so user friendly and it updated right away. I was able to snag SEVEN pairs of shoes for my kids. When i originally was only going to order 2-3 pairs. He boxed up my order and it shipped in like an hour. I was so impressed. Great company, great employees, fantastic experience. Will deff be recommending this website to my mama friends!!
