Cowtown Boots

Really nice western store. My hubby found a nice pair of exotic skin boots. Reasonably price for the their quality. The staff was also very helpful. Overall we had a nice shopping experience and recommend this business when looking for western attire.

First time visiting Cowtown Boots. Wife and I walked in we didn’t get greeted, we did get any assistance or even get acknowledged. We pretty much took care of ourselves. Finally while looking through some jeans we got asked if we needed help finding a particular size.. she was very nice and friendly. Bathrooms were clean and the interior of the store was well maintained and looked nice, lots of boots and clothes to choose from although they didn’t have my size jeans.. Anyway, I love the boots I bought. My first pair I’ve ever owned haha. They’re comfy and I’m really enjoying them..

So. Many. Boots. Extensive selection of boots and western wear. Extremely helpful and polite staff. Great prices too!

Over the last couple days, I have had an excellent experience with Cowtown the assistant manager, Jason and his staff Carly and Julia have been amazing. Very customer oriented and took the time to listen and help find solutions to the things I was trying to accomplish. If you want a great customer experience, this is definitely the place to go.

Just went in and was assisted by Julia! She was knowledgeable about the different brands, helped me pick a great pair of boots for my significant other. She was so kind and friendly! I will definitely be back. Thanks for your Kindness Julia!!!! The cashier was also very kind aswell.

Cowtown Boots a great place to visit if you like cowboy apparel and drugs you can get cowboy boots in the front and drugs in the back parking lot I don't like drugs so I've been asking cowtown to please remove their open-air drug market from the back of their store as a business in a community I feel it is their obligation to ensure the safety of the community from obvious safety concerns my wife is scared to walk our dog in broad daylight due to the amount of drug users and drug dealing going on that borders our community so yes I am going to hold you accountable for what goes on on your property

I was a little nervous coming here because of the reviews, but they've got their act together you guys. Yes, it's not in the greatest neighborhood, but that's not their fault. The staff was super friendly. As soon as I entered, I was greeted, asked if I needed help finding anything, and was escorted directly to the section and sizes I was looking for. Great selection and well organized.
