Received excellent customer service recently. I went in to buy one hat & ended up with two! The quality of their products is excellent & I don’t mind paying more for quality. The owners are very knowledgeable about their merchandise & have been in business for almost 40 years! Highly recommend them!

If I could give zero Stars I would. I bought some Justin steel toe work boots an they already started to tear on the leather an on the bottom after 1 month I paid over $230 dollars for them will never be going to that store again....

Needed a cowboy hat, after Google search I was directed to Botas Juarez Western store and I wasn't disappointed. They have a large stock of Cowboy wear. Jeans, hats, belts, boots and accessories. The customer service was excellent and the price comparable to the industry. There's a bit of construction going on but maneuver your way through if you're looking for that special outfit.

Bad service. Honestly better places to buy boots. They are stuck up and won’t help you find what you want.

Been in there a couple times now, always very friendly to me. Latest trip was to get a hat and they kept trying until we found one that felt right. (and let me tell you, we tried a lot). First trip was to get info on oilskin duster and their advice was honest. Highly recommend them and I like to support local businesses as well.

A surprising quantity of quality western hats and wear. The staff is friendly and truly understands the products they sell. I’ve lived in the South Mountain area now for 11 years (in Phoenix +40) and I never realized this wonderful store was right down the street. You can bet I will be visiting them again…soon!
