Great customer service, had a short wait for a sales rep, then tried on a few different pairs for an exchange. The rep was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and I found a great pair of running shoes. Will definitely be back soon!

Had a fantastic experience! Fitz helped me out and was incredibly patient as I tried on multiple pairs to find the perfect running shoes. He really took the time to understand what I needed and never rushed the process. The technology they use to analyze your foot and recommend the right fit is seriously impressive, it made a big difference in choosing the right pair. Highly recommend both the store and Fitz if you're looking for expert help and a great selection.

Excellent place to buy athletic shoes. Probably more brands in stock than most stores, and they stock Quite a number of shoes in each brand. If they do not have it in stock, they will send it to you for free. The fitting method for shoes is modern, technical, terrific. Prices are competitive With a very good loyalty program. Customer service is excellent! Store is clean and bright.

Since we can only write one Google review here, I’m editing my older one to include my new experience at the store, which was wonderful! This time I went in for a pair of running shoes for myself. I’ve always just used whichever pair of trainers I had for casual runs, but as I train for my first race, the Pat Tillman run this April, it was time I invested on a nice pair. That’s when I received the help from Fitz! He was so attentive, very patient, also very knowledgeable of all the different brands. After trying a couple of pairs, I found the one, and just today tested it for a run. They feel incredibly smooth, can’t believe the difference! And because my last experience at this store was great, it was an easy decision to return! What a great experience we had! My son needed new shoes for a cross country meet, and unfortunately we did not have a lot of time to spare. Ryan was phenomenal, not only she was knowledgeable, attentive, kind, and a runner herself, she got him all fitted for his feet needs, while also making sure we left the store as quickly as possible with the perfect shoe for his race. Thank you Ryan for the help yesterday!

Store representative Nikki was absolutely awesome! She is very knowledgeable and knows her foot science. She got me into a much more stable shoe and my hiking and dog walking is a much more enjoyable experience! I’ve been shopping at Road Runner sports for 34 years and I have to share that Nikki is the best store representative I have ever worked with! JMC

first time I went into Roadrunner, experience was amazing. sales person took the time to understand my need and worked with me to try on 6-8 pairs of running shoes. got them home, two runs of 4 miles each and they hurt my foot. took them back and got the same amazing experience the second time around. They suggested I run on treadmill with several pairs. if your a runner, this is where you should be going!

Came in with my mom and sister to get our feet sized and pick out some new athletic shoes. Austin was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience! Really felt like he cared about finding solutions for us. He took care of us all at once and wasn’t just rushing to help the next customer. Will be back again soon thank you!
