I called for product inventory before I went in and I heard a friendly and very helpful voice. Her name was Moo, she advised me to come in so I did. I asked for her but she was on lunch break and instead I received help from a young man, Diego. Diego was so very helpful it was back to school shopping and the store was very busy. He worked fast and efficiently. He was very kind, and attentive to what I needed. My task became very easy with his help. I was very grateful! At the end of my purchase I was able to meet Moo, it is so wonderful to see our young generation so helpful and courteous! I will indeed return for that excellent customer service.

We brought my grandson to get a pair of Nike shoes for his 10th birthday. He has problems getting shoes due to him having had melanoma 4 cancer on the bottom of his foot 4 yrs ago. The two young men that helped my grandson were amazing. They were patient and honest when it came to properly fitting him, which was not easy. I will be back next month due to the exceptional customer service and your great selections.

Horrible customer service. I brought back a pair of shoes that were ripped in the same place on both shoes. Obviously a product t quality issue, right? Because I was out of town and only able to bring them in on day 61 (instead of 60), the store manager refused to stand behind the product. Absolutely ridiculous. You should have heard his arrogant attitude about it, too. You’ve lost my business for good.

Awesome place to get great shoes and really good prices too! I take a triple wide shoes and it can be difficult to find a good shoe. This place has a pair called the monarch air and they are the best. I have orthopedic insoles and with this shoe I don't need them woo hoo

They have great prices for shoes, but on slow days, they are overly asking if they can help you out. One guy even apologized for asking so many times because of how slow they were. I understand it's their job to ask you if you'd like help, but this was a bit frustrating. I spent more time smiling and telling them no thank you, then I was able to shop. I didn't want to be rude to someone, so we just left empty-handed.

This Nike is still a great location to find good price shoes. In fact, this location had better prices then the Glendale Nike outlet that we went to on the same day.
