Store is very well set up . Found my item in less then a min. Cashier was knowledgeable about the online app coupon . It's a 10% discount on all items when you download the app n register. Mostly takes off the sales tax on item. My raft was priced at 39.99 n I got my item for 39.30. after coupon was scanned.

My experience with Big 5 from start to finish was surprisingly the best overall shoe shopping experience I've ever had! I called ahead to see if they had any size 14s and William assured me that they did. When I got there he had a huge stack ready for me to try on. I don't remember the last time I had so many choices and such good customer service. The young ladies were also extremely helpful and friendly I had no idea Big 5 had

Thank you for reading the Honest Reviews4U! This is a great little outdoor and sports store. I was greeted upon entering the store. The store was very clean and organized. You can shop here for some camping gear, exercise or sport clothing and equipment. They also have a variety of shoes for him and her. Custom service was friendly especially in the shoe section. The only opportunity I found was that some of the displayed items were not labeled as super saver and as a result I made it hard to distinguish what items could be used with a coupon and what items disqualified. I highly suggest to insure any item that qualifies as super saver should be labeled as such in the displayed items (for this reason 4 of 5 stars). Other than that great place to visit with plenty of clean parking space. I highly recommend this place.

I called this location to see if they had baseballs that I wanted to purchase, and they confirmed that they had them. I told the guy over the phone that I was on my way before they closed. As soon as I arrived, a woman and a guy were at the register, and they had the store closed 20 mins before the time posted for closing. I told them that I was the one that called, and they ignored me. I literally drove 30 mins out for no reason. Horrible customer service.

Yesterday I went to exchange an item I called store head of time to ask since I didn’t have a receipt. They said bring my ID and they will give me Exchange lady who help us Sabrina was really rude just her attitude was not it . She was a supervisor with that attitude ‍♀️
