Micah was so helpful and knowledgeable. He walked around the store showing us the different options and features we were looking for. He explained the importance and value of different products. We found some amazing deals and are very happy with the selection and quality of our purchase.
Sucks big time. Sales person keyed in the wrong item despite us warning her several times about the colour required. Still, wrong colour and textile delivered after 2 weeks of wait. The receipt does not state the colour. There's no way we will know other than to trust her. Delivery guys dropped it off as drop off service chosen, they said they were 3rd party and unable to take them back despite me spotting the error. Called customer service and they said they have emailed the store for them to resolve this error. After 1.5hrs of no contact from the shop, I drove there to have them process the exchange and correct couch to delivery the next day. Still we need to move the heavy sectional set indoors first. We waited 2 weeks for nothing as the correct couch was in stock. Update: the delivery guys on the second day were more mature than the previous guys, collected the incorrect couches, swapped it with the correct ones. Product arrived with a broken plastic foot ( we bought replacements from Ace) 2 of the 3 faux leather sectionals were scratched despite the heavy wrapping. (Either at the factory or was returned and repacked) We were too tired by then to carry the very heavy sectionals back to the store for the 7 days free returns.
I purchased furniture from here a couple years ago along with a care free plan. My experience with my first purchase was great, everyone was friendly and delivery and their white glove setup was super convenient. The warranty is great for fixing or cleaning the furniture which was used more than once. I was trying to get the legs fixed but they replaced it instead. I went to the store, picked out my replacement and they delivered and set it up for free. It was surprisingly simple and easy.
It was my first time in living spaces and I had a great experience. Looking for nice comfortable couches and they had the ones that we had been looking for. Eric was helping us and he was very kind and helpful. Was patient with our kids as well that’s a plus and offer us something to drink. Eric answer to all of our question and concern we had as well.
Jazzy was absolutely amazing. She is friendly, knowledgable and has a great eye for what will/will not look good together. She made the entire process of (basically fully) furnishing our first home something special. Thank you Jazzy for your patience and kindness, it will never be forgotten!
What ever you do, go buy elsewhere. The transparency here is so false. They claim not to work on commission but they sure do act like it. We were interested on a few couches. We were window shopping and loved a pair. We didn’t have the correct measurements for our living room so we didn’t want to get them. Here is where the first red flag was. They told us we had 24 to change our minds on an item, to go home and measure the our living space, to make sure that our door opening was safe for delivery too. We signed every, they pressured us that we would love them, and we signed. We went home and measured and guess what, the couches were going to be too big. We when the very next morning, not even 16 hours since being there and they had so much to say. With an attitude this time. But they were so kind when they wanted to sell. I spoke to the manager and she was rude, talking about restock fees. The couches were not even made yet because they were not in stock, we were told they were when we signed. And then they said that it was okay since we wanted the sofas exactly like the models. Well guess what we had them delivered because we were not about to pay $500 dollars to have them "restocked" they were not even build. Talking about we already started to work on them when they had said that usually it takes 2-3 weeks for them to get them done. Any ways, we had a balance of 2,100 for both couches including the free care plan. What a scam. We were told we had 18 months to pay the full balance. We had almost finished paying the sum when 19 months hits, they charged us $1000 for a flat fee according to synchrony banking. Just save yourself the head ache. The couches already started to wear down and we don’t have kids or pets. We will only sit on them when we have adult guest over and that’s once every quarter of a year. Trying to get the tear in the couch covered is another headache. Anyways, don’t spend your money here.
Tons of options on the floor! Sales people are helpful but ZERO pressure. Looked things up for me, checked on delivery dates. When I said I was still looking elsewhere all he said was "Of course! make sure you get what you like!" He also gave me a sheet with pricing and dimensions. I returned the next day and bought the sectional! Very happy with Living Spaces!!
