I ordered a large sectional and ottoman and at delivery, the ottoman had a white spot on the blue fabric and a big line down the center. I called and complained so they sent out a second ottoman, which was worse than the first. They took it away with them and left the original. So today they delivered the third one and the manager at the warehouse unboxed it and checked it to make sure everything was OK with it so when they delivered it I had a big stain on the top of it. So I refused it. This is getting ridiculous. I told them that I am over it and I want my money back and of course they’re going to bring out a fourth ottoman.

I came to browse the Ashley storeroom at 8p.m. on a Saturday. They let me browse. No pressure! Sales rep "Jesse" helped me decide between two sofas I liked. My main concern was that my cats would tare up the couch. He emphasized that the couch with a much tighter weave would be most durable. I am happy to say he had great advice! I love my new sofa.

Applied for a loan to furnish a new apartment, got approved for 10k. Went through basically to my purchase amount 2 weeks ahead of time. Furniture was still delayed. They forgot to order my couch ($1,500) and my total was nearly the same i was originally quoted by the sales rep. Initial purchase took nearly 3 hours because of "system issues". Cant get through to the store no matter what and calls get forwarded. Tried several times on several days and never actually had the store answer.

Jill was attentive and helpful. I knew what I was looking for and she didn’t try and get me to go in a different direction. I found 2 pieces I loved and had to think about it for awhile because the main piece wasn’t going to be delivered on the date I had hoped, but I came back and told her let’s go for it! The measurements are perfect, it’s a gorgeous piece and I can’t wait to receive both pieces when they’re ready. Thanks Jill!
