Not only are the arrangements unique and gorgeous, the customer service is amazing! I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my best friend’s birthday. The morning the flowers were to be delivered, I realized that I accidentally sent them to my address! I reached out to the company and within minutes they texted me back, updated the delivery address, sent me a picture confirmation of delivery and sent me a personal confirmation text! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to make a loved one’s day!

I had an outstanding experience with NovaPetal Flower Lab! I ordered a beautiful floral arrangement for my sister-in-law’s birthday over the weekend and requested Sunday delivery. Within 10 minutes of emailing them with a question, Olivia responded and was incredibly helpful! After hearing about the sentiment behind the arrangement I chose, they took that inspiration and created something even more stunning than the photo on the website. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and absolutely gorgeous! I had requested a morning delivery, but due to some delays with the driver, it was delivered later in the afternoon. That said, the driver stayed in touch with me the whole time, and he was super kind and flexible. He even waited until my sister-in-law was home so the flowers wouldn’t sit out on her porch. Now that’s what I call 5-star service! I’ll definitely be turning to NovaPetal for all our future floral needs!

I bought Mother’s Day flowers for my mom and sister, and couldn’t be more pleased. I ordered on Saturday and was able to have the flowers delivered on Sunday - the short window and quick turnaround were much appreciated. It’s my first time booking flowers with NovaPetal and I’m totally impressed. I ordered them online for Mother’s Day and it delivered early morning on the scheduled date, with 100% completions. They are just full, fresh and beautiful as their online pictures, so gorgeous. The only inappropriate thing was the receipt got printed and delivered with the flowers, letting my mom know the price. It’s not a big deal but just like you buy someone a gift and you don’t keep the original receipt in the bag. I already had it through email when I ordered, so this made me a bit disappointed and surprised because I ordered my mom a flower every year and it is the first time the receipt comes together.

Stellar. I live out of state and needed an arrangement that would impress on its own in the absence of a bottle of wine or additional gift. I found NovaPetal on Reddit, ordered at 2:21, and they had them there by 6:30. My only regret is not ordering the XXL instead of the XL. Recipient shared how one of her friends sent a picture of the arrangement to their boyfriend and said "step it up please". NovaPetal is the standard all flower shops should aspire to reach. Also, bonus points for their Instagram reels being hilarious.

NovaPetal made a beautiful flower arrangement for my son and his wife after they lost their beloved dog of many years. I reached out to request same day delivery since my son had to travel next day and they got back to me quickly to assure me the arrangement was already completed and just waiting delivery.
