I placed an online order with a national company for a floral delivery in Tempe for my Mother's 93rd birthday and left my NC phone number in case of a problem. Anne's Flowers & Gifts received the order and definitely went above and beyond to make certain the flowers were not only gorgeous but delivered safely on a day with excessive heat & humidity warnings. The person making the delivery attempted to reach someone inside the house for more than 20 minutes without succeeding. But she didn't give up! She called my number to see if there was another delivery option because she did not want to leave the flowers outside in the heat. There aren't many florists that go the extra mile to provide service like that these days! I have lots of family in the Phoenix area that I send flowers to several times a year. From now on I will be cutting out the middle man and placing my orders directly with Anne's Flowers & Gifts. They definitely earned 5 stars!

Easy ordering experience. Next day delivery. Highlight was that the delivery person called me to assure me the flowers were left in a shaded space, and that she had attempted to reach the recipient in multiple ways. She was considerate & kind. The Florist's Choice birthday bouquet was gorgeous. And the recipient absolutely loved them. High quality product & service.

I’m disappointed with my flowers I paid for deluxe size and it definitely doesn’t looks like a deluxe. Looks more like the basic $39.99 . I paid way more than that plus extra to have it delivered. I definitely am disappointed I wanted my sister to get a big beautiful arrangement.

Ordered around Noon was delivered at 1:30pm! (I do live in the area). It’s a beautiful arrangement. I am grateful for the reviews that recommended the designers choice! This is what the deluxe looks like around $85 It obviously would have been cheaper to pick it up, but I still think it’s worth the price! I’m so happy and will be back.

They were very responsive by phone and flexible/helpful when I needed an order in a shorter timeframe than it could be filled. The flowers were beautiful and I love their designs. Will definitely order from again (with more advance notice next time!)

I have ordered flowers five times and received flowers twice from Annie's Flowers and Gifts. All were beautifully designed, very fresh, long-lasting, looked like the picture on the website, and delivered with care on time!! I would highly recommend - I dont think you will be disappointed!
