This boutique was our third stop. The first two were a disappointment. The first would not let us try dresses, and the second would not help us without an appointment. This boutique is at another lever. Customer service was amazing. Petra made us feel valued, and the service was personalized, we were allowed to try multiple dresses with no pressure whatsoever. Great find! Lots of options, for everyone. Really helpful staff, and a bar to hangout and study, relax, chill with friends, etc. lots of gift options, from wind chimes to candles, socks to gems, tarot cards to games. Fun to just walk around and see the diversity of books and people. Worth stopping in!

Great bookstore. I actually like their other location even more—despite being smaller, it feels like they have a wider selection of games and puzzles, plus the area offers a bit more to do. What really stands out is how much they give you for used books. Getting over 40% of the retail value for something you no longer want is hard to beat.

Always curious to check out a small business. The selection and atmosphere however – very politically charged. Not really a big variety of books either like the mystery,history, science sections and anything for school is lacking. I just want to enjoy books and not focus on what’s going on in the world from time to time- it’s good for very liberal folks though. The selection is small. They do offer trade ins- though I have not done that with this business. Did not check out the coffee area but that’s a great combo to have for a book store. They serve alcohol but this place is super expensive – like $13 a beer. They also offer theme nights/nights out. The prices are steep (like Walmart/target/amazon are cheaper) but you can expect that from a small place. Lots of little knick knacks around the place- good gift giving potential but really pulls away from it being a book store about books…. Workers were average but felt like they were trying to rush everyone around/out. Very “buy something quickly or get out”. It’s not just a used book store- I’d say it’s 75% +new. Realistically it’s 3 stars but the 4th is just because we didn’t try any of the extras so I can’t judge/account for that.

Changing Hands Phoenix is a cute independent bookstore. The largest sections were sci-fi, fantasy, young adult and kids. Not my thing, but probably good for teens and kids. Might be fun to stop by and browse on a date or something. There’s also lots of trinkets and things for sale, and the bar takes up a lot of the store.

I was disappointed to see how small the history section was, and they didn’t have much variety. I have a running list of things I look for and they didn’t have any of them.

Also, the used books are interspersed with new books so you can only tell because of a little sticker. It seemed that most books were new and therefore pretty pricey. Some of the “new” books had slight defects but were still priced as new. I’ve found cheaper copies of some of the used books elsewhere.

I really wanted to like it, but it seems to be more of a hangout/gift shop than serious used bookstore.

I loved this place! They have a great selection of books and the place is well organized. The bar is very clean as well. They had a lot of different craft beers to choose from as well from IPA to Lager over a dozen on tap. I ordered a white mocha and a brownie and they were very tasty! I will definitely bring my kids they will enjoy this place. 5 stars all the way.

She went and found a couple more and absolutely fell in love with the 1st one we tried that she brought us. I had such a wonderful experience at this store today! My stylist, Krystal, was absolutely amazing. I came in alone, feeling nervous about finding a wedding dress, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. With less than a month until my wedding, I was really hoping to find something that day, and thanks to Krystal, I did. She was very attentive. She helped me pull so many beautiful options, and in the end I found the perfect dress that fit like a glove, along with shoes to match. I could not be happier with my experience.

These guys were responsive in their communication and got back to me quickly. They answered all my questions, were super friendly, and offered great (and realistic) prices for my textbooks. And I got my payment way quicker than I expected. Overall, the best textbook-selling experience I’ve ever had!

This place is amazing! I love that you can walk right into the refrigerated room and pick which stems you want. They were able to help me with a short notice large order and it was seamless. Just had to share the gorgeous flower arrangement my Grandma received from AZ Flower Market for her 95th Birthday. I asked for Sunflowers, and was just blown away by the picture my Grandma shared of them. I will be ordering here any chance I get. The person I spoke with was so accommodating of the details. These didn’t disappoint, and was well worth every penny!

SLOPPY Took my wife’s 2 piece wedding band to get gold added to the bottom because it was getting thin. The first time they welded it into one, the second time it was thinner then when we brought it. 3rd time they sent it to a non corporate shop and the ring doesn’t fit together properly anymore and is out of round and doesn’t fit. I have been buying from the Jewelry exchange for over 25 years and they destroyed my wife’s ring. Alls they could say o us that happens to 2 piece rings a d we won’t charge you for destroying ring. Joe the manager in Tustin is good with the quality.

Very poor customer service. I ordered a pair of 1ct earrings and they sent the incorrect item. I paid for extra shipping to receive them in time for my anniversary. When I called they were unwilling to help me resolve the situation and only offered a 10% discount. I offered several reasonable solutions to make it right and they would not budge. They would not even refund my expedited shipping I paid for to get the earrings in time.

This review is long overdue! This place is truly amazing!! My mom and sister purchased their wedding rings here and it’s always great customer service. This last time my mom and I went in to have her ring cleaned and looked at. Adonis was who assisted us that day. She was very professional, nice and attentive with my mom’s concerns with her ring. She was truly amazing and she gave us a 10/10 experience! Thanks again you are truly one of a kind!

My fiance (now husband) purchased my engagement ring here, and it was pretty, but several things sent up red flags. it is a 1/2ct diamond in a 18k white gold cathedral setting with 6 prongs. It is NOT the setting we picked out. The cathedral portion looks like someone gouged it out with a rough tool rather than machining it smooth. It also looks like someone’s dad soldered something back together, rather than the setting being flush with the ring – there’s a big lump on each side where the setting meets the ring as if they were pieced together. the prongs and setting are rough, and catch on everything – they pull out my hair, snag my clothing, even put a hole in my blouse. The inside of the ring, rather than being smooth, also looks like someone roughly dug it out to save on gold. When it came back from sizing, there were several deep scratches in the gold near the setting that looked like a tool slipped, and were not there prior to sizing. Now, the side of the diamond near one of the prongs has a crack. It’s not dirt, it’s not a chip, it’s a horizontal crack. I’m so sad right now. He paid a lot for this ring, and I haven’t complained to my husband too much about the workmanship, because it’s not his fault, but we’ll definitely be paying these shysters a visit, after visiting another reputable jeweler, and if not fully satisfied, we’ll see them in court.

This is an amazing choice for advice, repairs, and computers. I have been here twice now, and I can say that the people working here are nice, understanding and passionate about their work. They will happily give you advice on parts you should get, when to get them, their personal recommendations, etc etc.. When it comes to repairs, they are also really reliable and helpful. One of the workers named Wyatt help me out with my computer, and we were able to figure out the issue, which happened to be a RAM bug. He also mentioned how my case was valuable, and didn’t charge me a dime for his time and evaluation. There was also another employee, which I think his name was Justin, gave me a lot of info on computers a while back, and even gave me and my sister META PCS T-shirts and hats! It’s now my second favorite shirt lol. I really appreciate the works this company has done on YouTube, and in person. Hopefully I’ll be back, I really enjoy being there!

I recently received a custom built PC from Meta PCs about a month ago. I am very pleased with the PC. Build quality is top notch. Cable management is superb as well. The machine has been running flawlessly since I received it. Customer service was amazing as well. They always responded back to any questions and/or concerns I had during the build process. I requested that they send me the boxes of the components that were used in the build and they fulfilled that request for me as well. One thing to keep in mind is to be patient. Time from placing the order and having it shipped out was close to a month. This did not bother me since I want to make sure they are doing extensive testing and QC checks to ensure that the PC is operating 100% as it should. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a pre-built PC. They are a bit more expensive than other system integrators I have looked up but the product speaks for itself. The only thing I did not like (cosmetic not performance) was the META sticker that was on the case. I understand why they put it on (for branding) but I like my PCs clean. Not a huge thing and I was able to remove it. The complete experience was excellent and would use META PC to build another PC in the future if I did not build it myself. I am not a fan of tons of RGB. That’s why the fans and AIO lights are turned off.

Buying experience was amazing. Sales manager Justin was incredibly insightful and accommodating being able to not only give us a great price but also add upgrades without any crazy up charging. They swapped out parts and held it for us for pickup since we live almost 4 hours away. The whole team was awesome and I will definitely bring gong back for all my new needs and further upgrades. I went to to go look as a fan of meta from social media with no intent on a purchase but Justin saw something had my attention and the deal was absolutely to great to pass up give me a military discount without even asking plus he through and a desktop mat mouse pad for my wife and I plus t shirt since we came from such a far distance. I truly appreciated all the effort and willingness to work within in our unexpected budget on what become my dream computer build. it was a great enjoyment working a fellow veteran and Meta has my business for life.

I bought a top-of-the-line tower with all the latest and greatest parts including hard piped water cooling system with water blocks on both my CPU and my GPU. This is the cleanest most sleek PC tower build I’ve ever owned. And it runs beautifully, a total beast of a gaming PC.

While the great job on the build alone deserves the 5 star rating, that is not why I’m writing this review.

I’m writing it because of the fantastic customer service and commitment to providing the help and care that a company should give their customers when they actually value you.

A year after my purchase and due to an accident that could be argued as my fault and not the fault of any of the parts or labor in building my rig, my CPU was fried by a static shock. My dream PC was suddenly a brick. However I did purchase a three year warranty when I bought my rig.

So many companies these days offer warranties at an extra cost but when something happens that is clearly covered by the warranty the company usually denies your claim and dares you to take them to court. Knowing that the lawyer and court costs are more than what you would be awarded if you win.

But not MetaPCs! Even though they could have easily argued that the damage was my fault and denied my claim, they instead gave me nothing but the most courteous help that I could ask for. They diagnosed what was damaged by my accident and replaced the damaged component. All covered and HONORED by the warranty even though that part would normally be about $950 just for the part.

MetaPCs is the real deal. They have the best and most amazing builds and unparalleled customer service. I will be bringing ALL my PC needs to them and I strongly encourage everyone else to do the same. When a company is actually trustworthy to their agreements (a nearly impossible quality to find these days) then they earn the loyalty of their customers!

It feels a bit like a cross between a Walmart and a dollar store. Their bulk good section is extensive, ranging from the more typical coffee, grains, and nuts to a huge variety of candy. The pricing isn’t enough for me to drive 16 minutes, but if you live nearby it would be a great option for grocery shopping.

What a wonderful store! The produce selection was diverse, fresh, and, most importantly, affordable! The bulk sales area is fantastic. They even have the grinders to make fresh nut butters -like some other markets I won’t name, but affordable. The meat department selection is a bit scant, but everything they do have is extremely well priced. If you have children (or are one at heart) you will love the toy section, it reminds me of the old ” five and dime” stores and priced like one.

First, I love the fact it’s 24 hours! Sometimes you just can’t get to the store during regular hours. But I was also impressed by the selection and prices. Not everything was cheaper, but if it wasn’t, it was very comparable to other stores. They also carry bulk items, some of which are hard to find and many brought back some nostalgic childhood memories… loved that! I stopped for some distilled vinegar and l ended up leaving with several bags of groceries after finding some great sale items. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. I will definitely be shopping there again!

I wish all grocery stores had a bulk section like Winco. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to come shop at Winco. Their smokehouse Cajun seasoning is incredible and I’ve never found another premade seasoning to compare. I love their produce selection and the bulk section haunts my dreams regularly.

The employees always greet you when you walk in. I like how convenient the store is for all your needs. Really, the only place left, that is 24/7. So convenient, whenever you need something last minute or late night drinks. However, they do not accept credit cards. Cash and/or debit is accepted. At night, they usually have one register open. So the line tends to get very long. The prices here aren’t so bad either.

Great prices on Purina Dog food! Produce is pretty darn good as well. Prices are very very good on most everything. Wish you did take credit cards but I can understand why you don’t. I didn’t know it was cash only until I tried to use my card. Thankfully I had cash on me.
