The staff here is super friendly and works quickly, which I really appreciate. My first set actually lasted four weeks without needing a fill—huge win for me since I value longevity. That said, I do have a couple of concerns. On both visits, I noticed what seemed to be the same pumice stones and callus removers being used on multiple clients without proper sanitation in between. During my most recent pedicure, I actually saw my tech use the same tools on someone else right after me, which made me a little uneasy. I’ll likely bring my own tools next time unless I see more consistent sanitizing practices or use of disposables. Also, during this second visit, the owner was coaching the (lovely) tech through my chrome toes—but then used a completely different base and powder than what he used on my hands, so why tell her to use two totally different products that result in a totally different color? The result didn’t match at all. When I mentioned it, he brushed it off and said I just couldn’t see the sparkles/rainbow from far away, but I know what chrome looks like, and this wasn’t it—it was regular holographic powder with a white base under. So now my nails and toes don’t match, which is disappointing. I still might return for the quality and friendliness, but I really hope they tighten up on sanitation and consistency.

she killed it with my toes only downside is it was pretty hot in the salon so doing all the hot relaxing perks was a little overwhelming but honestly still loved it they were all very nice and welcoming and clean, massage felt great i could’ve fallen asleep, overall good experience will come back !

This was my first time here and I’m so glad I decided to give Nice Nails & Spa my business when choosing a place in my area. I usually end up going to a different place every time I get my nails done and have for YEARS until now! I think I finally found my go to nail salon! The staff made me feel comfortable, Leo did an amazing job on my nails and did exactly what I wanted, they were very clear and up front about pricing so there were no surprises and the pricing is definitely reasonable! I got a full set of medium/long, coffin shaped acrylic nails with a painted design on 2 nails on one hand and a 3D design on 1 finger on my other hand all for $100. I am very pleased with everything and so glad I came here because I was having the WORST day and they turned it right around for me. Thank you guys!

My first time here and I will definitely be back! Leo did my nails and Mimi did my pedicure/eyebrows! The vibes were welcoming and calming! They take their time and ask you step by step if their work is up to your standard! Thank you again!

Sandy did such a great job doing my gel x and cat eye nails. Love them. She was so nice and gentle. Would recommend her to anyone who wants their nails done right.

My first time coming here. First of all, I loved the peaceful environment. There wasn’t a lot of people which is a big plus for me, I was sat down within 5 minutes of arriving. Leo did my nails today and he did such a great job. Great attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back.

Leo is amazing! Not only do they do a great job, their customer service is unbeatable! They're always super friendly and welcoming. I got there before close and offered to go in the next day in the morning, but they were more than happy to do them that evening. They were amazing!
