Best nail shop ever! And they did my design exactly how I wanted. They even had two people doing my nails at the same time, so I could make it on time to pick up my kid. And the price was very nice! I’m in love! Definitely recommend ❤️

In most salons, when you ask for something simple, they often don’t put much effort into it. But that’s not the case here—I’m 100% happy with this place! The customer service is excellent, they are incredibly patient, and their attention to detail and nail art is amazing. The work is clean, beautiful, and done with real care. Highly recommend!

Last month I got a bad pedicure from 1 tech and a great fill from Tammy. Later that day I noticed the polish was a mess. I called and Tammy fixed it without a blink of the eye even though she didn't cause it. I went today and Tammy did a great job on feet and fingers. Downside is they are pretty expensive for people on a fixed income.

I came in about 3 wks ago on a Tuesday and the nail tech Linda suggested I get gel nails because it's better for my real nails, and that it lasts about 1 month. I've never had gel before, but I got that. Had to go back days later on Friday because the polish had bubbles. A gentleman repolished my nails for free. I went back last week to get 2 nails fixed and repolish on the rest for $35, and it was a smaller lady that did it. Today, I needed 4 nails fixed, mostly the thumbs, and the same smaller lady from last time fixed my thumbs, but wanted to tell me not to get gel because the nails don't last long, but Linda said it does. I paid $10 for getting only my thumbs fixed. And she wanted to argue with me saying I burned my nail, because of how it looked. I work in a pharmacy, I don't use heat for anything. Maybe when I cook, my nails heat up, but what does it matter? I'm a paying customer, so you should just fix the nails I tell you to fix, not give me attitude about what you think happened to my nails. Then she told me I'll pay for it. I paid last time to get my nails fixed, so why wouldn't I pay this time? Last time she took her time, doing my nails good. This time she rushed, and didn't get the excess gel off my fingers because she did my them a little sloppy. When it was time for the UV she pushed my hands towards the UV lamp, as if she was annoyed with me. My left thumb nail is cut at a slant, instead of straight like the right thumb. She didn't even put the oil on my cuticles either before I left. I don't get my nails done much, but this is the 2nd salon I've been to with someone showing bad customer service. The next time I go, if the service is bad, I'll leave another bad review and look for another salon. You do not disrespect your customers at all. There was no reason for her to talk to me like that. Next time, I want Linda to do my nails.

The staff is super friendly, love my nails and pedicure every time! Franky does amazing nails and never disappoints in either bringing my ideas to life or coming up when I have no inspiration!

I went in to get my gel nail polish remover and a basic manicure no polish. The customer service honestly wasn't there at all and the girl didn't get all the gel polish off very very disappointed. I gave this place a second chance and they ruined it again. Go somewhere else. And 30$ for a basic manicure and gel removal is crazy!
