Danielle Was an absolutely amazing injector. Not only did she have a great energy and was beyond knowledgeable about the products and explaining the process, but I am beyond thrilled with my results. My lips look amazing exactly what I pictured in my head. I have received several compliments from friends. We have a plan for the next time which I really love. The entire staff from front desk to the medical assistant, are warm, friendly, and inviting. I highly recommend Danielle and suddenly slim Med Spa. I will be flying in to see them again!

Cool sculpting is a waste of money! Wasted $2600 for two sessions on my double chin which really wasn’t that bad. After the treatment there is no difference at all and the only option given to me was to get another session just to keep wasting my money. Sahara was very sweet but please do your research first. Don’t waste your money.

Danielli is the top in her class. I have been going to Suddenly Slimmer for about 5 years now. After relocating from The Bay Area, I was super skeptical about who I could entrust one of my most important attributes to, my face….and to this day, she is the only one I trust. I have been treated in Beverly Hills & The Bay, and have never been impressed. She delivers the highest quality not only in care, but professional service. The fact she actually loves what she does and has a passion for it – is just an added bonus. I would list all the treatments I have had, however, I don’t know all of them. That’s not my specialty, that’s hers. I am adding a photo, I am 52, and prefer only the most le natural look. If you are looking for someone that cares about you, and your looks passionately, you have found the woman of your dreams.

The team at suddenly slimmer med spa are incredibly inviting, skilled, and so very talented! Danielli is truly an artist and has a wonderful way of making you feel at ease and does a fantastic job explaining facial structure to help you achieve whatever you are looking for. Danielli has been my nurse injector for over 3 years doing facial balancing with filler as well as Botox and every single time I leave so very pleased with my results. She is so knowledgeable and always explains in detail what she’s doing, and answers any questions with kindness and knowledgeable explanations which makes for a smoother more enjoyable experience. I’ve made them my primary medspa and have dealt with the wrath of the devil since. They eat your money and don’t care about your goals. I’ve spent well over 4.5k on services $3600 on cool sculpting & every time I go in for a service, they say they’ll follow up with you so that your treatment plan is being met, and don’t. I wouldn’t still be visiting them if I didn’t already invest so much. I have one more appt to make to use up my voucher that I obtained because they rang me up wrong almost eating $800 and not saying anything about it until I caught the mishap. Then I am looking to go elsewhere. Jana is great but she has a very lousy staff & I’m at a point of asking for my money back even if it means hiring a lawyer. Terrible business. As far as cool sculpting goes, Sahara is awesome but make sure you’re properly consulted. They want me to go in for another session when I was quoted specifically for 2. Now they want more money for a 3rd session so that I meet my goals. Total scam.

Danielli is so talented and a master at the art of injections. I received Xeomin and she is educated about all the different products available. I always feel so confident in her expertise and professionalism. She really takes the time necessary to prepare and consult with you beforehand in order to get the best results for what type of look you want. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable also!

I have been coming here for several years and the customer service is amazing . I see Saharra for all my skin care needs. She does an amazing job is knowledgeable and truly cares. My skin has seen a huge transformation over the last few years !

This was my first time and my last. I made this appointment on the recommendation of my niece, who goes there somewhat regularly. I had a shoot right afterwards for some social media, so I really wanted my hair and makeup to look great. I booked my 90 min appointment w/a 15 min “cushion”, but it actually went 45 mins longer, making me 30 mins late for my shoot. I wish I could say who my “person” was, but she never even introduced herself. I expressed that I wanted volume, and that I need products bcs my hair tends to go flat after a while (I also showed her a picture of what my hair usually looks like when it’s done), and while she was “styling” my hair, I noticed the book of styles (which she never showed to me) and points out several styles that I liked. She then put 3 big velcro rollers on top and then literally hung 6 or 7 roller brushes around my head. What?? I’ve never, ever had that as a “styling” technique before, and guess what – there’s a reason for that. It’s because it isn’t one. Then she more or less just took everything out and stood there like “ta da!”. Ummmm…..no. I said “you aren’t done, are you??” She said she was. Uh – no. This isn’t volume – it’s not even a style. It was horrible. It looked like a 7 yr old did it. She sort of tried (and charged my extra for a “hot tool”, otherwise known as a curling iron), and it was still awful. She then got another stylist to step in who, tried, and it was better, but it was still nowhere near what I expected. She went on to do my makeup, which was actually better than I expected after the hair – I’m not unhappy about the makeup, and that’s the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. The hair, though – awful. There were huge “spaces” and separations, and no volume! She should seriously stick to makeup only. I will never go back – my shoot was ruined because of this.

I think it’s pretty hit or miss. Went this past week for happy hour, a great stylist washed my hair but a different one styled it. The one who styled it put no after products in my hair, left the bangs frizzy, and over all it looked nothing like the photo i originally showed her. She clearly looked at photo and said “got it” lol from the photo you can see she didn’t.

I had the opportunity to experience a stylist’s services for my friend’s wedding and was highly impressed. The stylist was exceptionally accommodating and executed my requests perfectly. As a result, I now consider this salon my preferred choice for all future events.
I look forward to returning for my upcoming occasions.

I came in for a 30 minute dry style. My stylist did a great job, though the person who answered the phone was a little rude. I believe I was charged for a wash and style by accident because it came out to $58 instead of $35 as listed on their website. Not a bad place at all, just a little pricey! With tip it was $73 just have my hair blow dried.

This place is amazing! Every stylist does a fantastic job! Being able to schedule online and pick stylists is super easy and convenient whether I’m booking in advance or for a spur of the moment appointment!

I had a great experience here. Booking the appointment was quick and it’s also easy to find since it’s on the main road. The space is clean. I got the signature scalp treatment and it was heavenly. Maria did an amazing job on massaging my head, neck, shoulders. I was so relaxed and felt all the tension release. We went to Studio Glow for a birthday/girls treatment and had an amazing first head spa experience! There were 5 of us, 4 that received head spas and another with a facial. Everyone had something positive to say about their experience! Definitely worth the trip and planning. My best friend and I decided to treat ourselves to a head spa day, thinking, “How much can someone really do to a scalp?” Turns out… a LOT! From the scalp analysis (yes, apparently we have “very expressive follicles”) to the most relaxing wash, it was one amazing surprise after another.

The extended wash had us questioning why normal shampooing at home even exists, and the massage? We almost forgot where we were (we might’ve drooled a little, but we’re not telling). By the end, our hair was so shiny and bouncy we looked like we’d stepped out of a shampoo commercial.

10/10 would recommend this experience if you need to de-stress, laugh at scalp jargon with your best friend, and leave with a head so light you might float away.

My scalp treatment was amazing. If you have dreadlocks, like I do, you know how much build up you can accumulate in between your washes. My scalp technician was able to show me before and after pictures of how much build up she removed from my scalp she was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable coming in there with dreads. Studio Glow is definitely loc friendly.

Needed a trim and some layers and booked an appointment here. The stylist listened to what I wanted and showed me some options that worked for my hair type. She took her time and didn’t rush through the cut. The shampoo felt amazing and the head massage was the best part. My hair looked fuller and healthier right away. They even gave me a few styling tips to keep it looking fresh. The place was clean and the vibe was chill. Only issue was the parking lot was kinda full but I found a spot eventually. Prices were fair and I left feeling great. Already booked my next visit. If you want someone who actually listens and knows how to cut hair right this salon delivers.

I recently got my hair colored at your salon and overall, I was happy with how the color turned out. The application was done well. However, I wanted to share a few observations that could help improve the experience further.

During the coloring process, I noticed that my ears and forehead weren’t properly protected. Since I opted for a darker shade, I ended up with noticeable stains on my ears and a visible line on my forehead. It would be great if more care was taken to shield these areas during application.

Additionally, after my first wash at home, I experienced a significant amount of color run-off, which stained my towel. This suggests that the color might not have been rinsed thoroughly at the salon.

I understand some level of staining is normal, but I believe these small details—like thorough rinsing and better protection of the skin—can really enhance the overall experience for clients.

I went to Mane Attraction yesterday for the first time and got the best haircut I’ve ever received from Taryn. Everything about the salon is great from the hospitality to the shampoo to the cut itself. I’d never had such an in depth cut before, Taryn diagnosed my head shape and told me what cut would look good, how to style it and even how to maintain my facial hair to suit my face shape. 10/10 recommend.

I had had my hair colored, highlighted and cut at another salon and it was a full circle disaster. I scheduled an appointment for a consultation and we made a plan. A week ago we fixed the cut and I used the products she recommended to help repair the damage. Today Jocelyn was a true artist repairing my hair color and highlights. She is extremely knowledgeable, talented and reassuring. Her team is amazing! Thank you!

This rating is for Evelyn only. She was kind, very and helpful. If it wasn’t for her, we would have walked out of the store, because we were next in line and was waiting for a very long time and no one else would wait on us. Evelyn was taking care of a customer and there were 3 other employees at the check out including the manager and two of them walked away and the other person completely ignored us, and wasn’t even waiting on a customer. Then, someone came in to pick up an order and that person got waited on before us. We just wanted to make sure to let Ulta know that Evelyn is a keeper.

Hi I would like to give a shoutout to cashier idealiza she was very nice and so knowledgeable she helped me in the eyelash department. Then she showed me the Lilly lashes that are activated by body heat which she was wearing they looked so nice so I had to buy a pair along with another customer who was listening who has never worn lashes. I haven’t used them yet so excited to. Thank you again Ideliza very helpful!!!

Victoria, at checkout, was a delight, informing me about the perks of signing up for emails and sales. Discovering my recent birthday, she gifted me a lovely perfume, ensuring my return. This level of customer service sets a standard all retail should aspire to. Thanks to Victoria, I’m now a lifelong customer. What an experience!

The local water is very hard and hard on your hair and scalp. So are the seasonal changes, harsh products and pollution. Arora was attentive and patient with concerns and questions. Scalp and hair feel amazing.

I absolutely love Focal Point Spa!!! I’ve had my hair styled a few times and was very impressed. I recently had lip filler done with the nurse who was sooo nice, she was very compassionate and kept me up to date as to everything she was doing, afterwords she checked on my constantly to ensure my happiness. I will most certainty be going back for more procedures in the future. This is my favorite place to feel beautiful!! I would recommend them to everyone!!

My husband gifted me a scalp treatment at the salon back in April. I was scheduled for the service when the machine broke. There has been no follow-up from the salon, we have tried to call many times to book the appointment and they have given us the run around. We requested our money back because it is now August and they have yet to do so. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this salon!

Came here for the first time today for laser hair removal. The salon is super cute! And the front desk staff were so nice, I tend to get anxious easily and they made me feel very welcomed! I have been going to Focal Point since January 2018 and have to say every time I step into their store I am treated with personalized attention and feel like a valued customer. I recently got my haircut by a hairstylist named Dillon and let me tell you, this is the best haircut i’ve literally ever gotten in my life!! I asked for a shaggy mullet and she gave me exactly that! I think it looks SO good i’m going to keep coming here! Dillon pays a lot of attention to detail and she is very skillful with the sheers. 11/10 i highly highly recommend asking for Dillon. She is one of the coolest, sweetest people and she will give you exactly what you want. I’m extremely happy with my experience here. I usually always hate my haircuts but this time is was completely the opposite. I loveee it! Thanks again Dillon i’m going to keep coming back for the same cut until i get tired of it lol.

I am so grateful to have found this neighborhood gem of a salon! Not only do I appreciate how convenient this salon is to me, but i also love that they allow walk-in clients! I called ahead of time to make sure they still were doing this, and Amy (my stylist) was able to book me in with her right away! I appreciate how personable and outgoing she was during my service, especially since she took the time to ask me specific questions about my hair type and length. I have very thick and wavy hair naturally, so it’s crucial to have someone who knows how to treat my hair efficiently.

This time around, my ends were trimmed a couple inches, and she put in some long layers (although looking back I could have had them thinned out a little more). I was pleasantly surprised to have saved some money with this salon; since I paid less than $40 (before tip); compared to the salon I previously went to where I had to drive further out and paid more for my services.

All in all, I am so happy I gave SYS a shot! Amy did a great job with my hair and I could not recommend her enough. I definitely plan on using her and SYS again in the near future!

This place is horrible. I wanted highlights and base color. I got only the partial highlights and they charged me $300. They were laughing and making comments about their costumers. Very unprofessional place. Never again. This people moved from a different location now we know why they are running.

I was hoping for the best and went to this shop, charged $350 for highlights and left with hair dye all over my face and cried in my car before pulling out the lot. Stylist was trying to make as much money as possible while I was also in the chair. Moving just to have her seat open and have walk in clients be seated. Worst experience ever. What I asked for vs what I got.
