Golden Rule Tattoo

I just got my 4th tattoo from Emma today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She is always so kind and attentive, taking the time to listen to what I want, where I want it, and making sure I feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Her work is absolutely stunning, and I get endless compliments on my tattoos. More than just her talent, though, it’s the safe space she creates that really makes a difference. Her booth is always a place where I can relax, and on a deeper level, she’s been helping me learn to recognize myself again. I am so grateful to have found her. Highly recommend to anyone looking for incredible artistry and a compassionate, beautiful, and thoughtful tattoo experience.

I wanted an Arizona travel tattoo while visiting the area. For me, it's always a little nerve wrecking and maybe scary to try to find a tattoo shop and artist that is trustworthy out of state. I researched and found this shop with good reviews. I called this location in hopes of an artist willing to do my tattoo and also having specific availability while I was in town. I called and talked to Emily, who has the customer service of an angel. I'm sure I asked her the stupidest questions and had to change my time appointment time (because I was confused with timing of my schedule) and called back. And every single time I talked to Emily, she treated me like the sweetest person and with all the patience in the world. I sent over a reference photo with the most childish looking Snapchat paint drawing as a size reference and was told Emma would love to do my tattoo - within my specific time frame. Fast forward to the tattoo appointment. The shop is super cute and clean. All the staff were polite and kind. Emma walked me through the tattoo drawing she created and sat with me while we discussed the design. She was incredibly patient with me as I asked about placement and aspects of the design. Emma explained every single thing to me respectfully and with the reasoning behind it- WITHOUT MANSPLAINING. I find this to be so incredibly refreshing. I felt like I was a genuine partner in the tattoo I was getting. Emma was professional, personable, and accommodating. I absolutely love my tattoo. And I love it because of my whole experience in Arizona, including the tattoo process. If I'm ever back in Arizona, I'm coming back for you. P.S. My nervous non tattooed mom came with me. While sitting there, she thought about maybe getting her first tattoo. She was super back and forth and unsure. Bear sat with her and talked her through the process and even drew up some stencils and just put the stencils on to see if she wanted it. She took a bit to decide and then decided to actually get a tattoo. Bear was professional and calming to her. Rad experience to get a tattoo with my mom.

Louis is amazing! He did amazing with my piece and I'll definitely be coming back to see him

First time customer, John was extremely friendly, I let him do whatever he wanted and he added a special touch I couldn’t have gotten anywhere else. I am definitely coming back!

They were so friendly! I got scammed online for a memorial tattoo, and showed up to the shop expecting someone else. Evan offered me a good price, and did the tattoo for me on the spot, while the other staff helped keep my 4yr old entertained. The tattoo came out perfectly, I can’t thank you guys enough for your kindness & amazing work.

I got tattooed by Louis,and highly recommend. The whole shop is clean, everyone is friendly, and open to talking. They arent stuck up gate keepers like some shops can feel.

Nathan did an excellent job. This was my first tattoo, and he walked me through the whole process. The woman in charge of the email and booking was very fast to reply and get me in in two days time.
