The esthetician that helped me was yesterday so helpful and easy going. Even with a little schedule mishap she was still very accommodating and easy to work with for our first time waxing ever! I will definitely be coming back to work with her and get her name the second time around!

It was my first time getting a Sugar wax and first time going to Hello Sugar! It was a very calming experience and I loved the way Barbara made sure I was okay and went at my pace the WHOLE time. She was very nice and very thorough with explaining everything to me. I will be going again!

My experience was good overall. No one greeted me when I walked in. I came for a wax and the esthetician was very friendly but i left with severe burns which has never happened to me before. I could barely lift my arms for 2 days after my wax. Not sure if I will be returning.

I’ve been coming here the past few months, I usually don’t write bad reviews but maaann… I went my first time ever and they said the they didn’t have me down so I had to reschedule, I finally got in and my esthetician was nice and I was comfortable. The 3rd time my esthetician rescheduled me twice, the 4th time I was rescheduled twice, then said she no longer worked there so I had to reschedule again with a different esthetician. I was supposed to come in recently and the esthetician needs to reschedule again. Listen I understand life happeneds as I also work appointment based , but this has just been a hassle. I scheduled elsewhere. Between the awful traffic and parking.. then constant rescheduling it’s just not worth it.
