They have a large place and friendly service. Called in to make sure the had the vehicle. They have a map where import cars are, lugging my tools there I search for the car, took the door off, something I learned from a you tube video ahead of time. Got the piece check on the map which had prices too. They have a sister Pull N Save a little ways down the road.

For what they charge you for the part needed or want to get for your car , you’re better off ordering it on line.. And wait for it a few days to be delivered.

Prices are getting ridiculous, amazon is a better option. Also they search your tool boxes like your entering prison, I was expecting a cavity search after they went through my boxes. Prescott upickit is way more relaxed and they dont make you feal like your a criminal

It’s Kool to find parts that you need, at a super great price. Pull-A-Part and a website to search for the vehicle you are looking for, before you even consider going. Some even have pictures posted, so you can see the whole vehicle prior to setting out on your quest.
It’s also a quiet place, to go to and get away. I find the place peaceful, specially if your old lady likes to rag early in the morning.

Arizona Auto Parts is amazing. After much research, we ordered a used motor for our Audi. They were truthful and reliable. They shipped quickly. It arrived in SC within 4 days. The new, used motor runs better and smoother than the original ever did. They were helpful throughout the process. Thank you for a perfect experience.

Very unprofessional! Was connected to this company through Carbrain to sell our vehicle. We agreed on a pickup day, and I was given a six hour window in which they would pick up the vehicle. I was told that the driver would contact me 30 minutes before pickup. One hour before the window was over, I messaged and called to make sure they were still coming. No response, no answer. The only response I received was 22 minutes after the window was over saying that the driver “tried calling and there was no response.” That is a lie. Nobody called. Now I have six hours wasted. My family had plans, but I canceled them so that I could honor the pick up window. It is clear that this company doesn’t honor their commitments, and that instead of owning up to their mistakes they would rather lie and say that they tried calling when they did not.
Maybe this is a good place to buy parts from, but as far as letting them purchase your vehicle, stay away. Also, if they are quick to lie about this, I can only imagine how often they lie to their customers.

Their inventory is better than most, having an internet order option is very convenient. The staff are very polite and helpful on the phone and in person but they do seem to take a long time to process internet orders.

Beware of online scam, found their page on Ebay an asked about pricing on the engine. They bumped up the price $400 before responding. Really scummy

Reply to the response: The engine was listed at $2950, sent them a message that I was interested in purchasing and asked for pictures. Received a response that they would do $3200, went back to the listing and saw that the priced had jumped to $3350. Funny how the priced jumped $400 once I told them I was interested and when confront they said “No problem, the engine is no longer for sale!”. Real helpful customer service.

This took my awhile too write, primarily because this is an edit. For starters the team on the maintenance side is amazing I will be forever greatful for how the treated us and explained everything I needed to know in great detail they were amazing. I’m so happy that I was able to work with them. If you work with Arizona Auto Parts you will not be disappointed with that side of the business.

Not on to the bad. The sales team did everything in their power to deny our warrenty claim. Please please please read your contract and ask for your contract. I’d love to give 5 stars based on their work but I can’t in good conscience they made everything right in the end but it shouldn’t of gotten to that point the terms should have been explained off the rip. Ask to know them when/if but if you use their maintenance team you will not regret it. They are awesome and extremely patient and knowledgeable.

This place is absolutely amazing. They gave me a great deal on a transmission for my car. I have a Nissan kick and they dropped the price even lower and the customer service and friendliness was Top tier. I recommend this place to anyone who is in need of any part for a car.

On my 5th car I’ve purchased from them so far, best place to get cheap usable cars when you need them, and before you ask, the rest I ended up selling when I was tired of them (as I like to fix stuff)

My latest purchase was a 2004 Ford Crown Victoria that they had for sale.

Lupita the manager gave me an amazing deal as always, and it really helped this time around.

I purchased the Crown Victoria for my brother, since his car had been totaled out by an oil change place, they had forgotten to reinstall the drain plug after completing his oil change.

Luckily, they paid out his loan, but he decided that he didn’t want to get into another car payment, since he’s in the military and the pay isn’t too good.

He was visiting for Christmas, and one of our favorite things to do in Phoenix is to visit the local junk yards to find cool stuff and look at the vehicles, and I’m glad that we visited the Pull-and Save south location.

The Crown Victoria was listed for sale, we asked for the keys, gave it a jump start, and it fired right up.

After much deliberation we came back the next day to purchase a vehicle, they had held it for us as we were interested the day before, and like I mentioned before lupita gave us an awesome deal on the car.

Put a used battery in it and drove at home that same day, next day we registered it, but unfortunately my brother had to fly back to Louisiana where he is stationed, we made plans to road trip to Louisiana when he next came by.

A week later he was here and we prepared the car by replacing the intake manifold with an original one as it had a cheap aftermarket one that was leaking coolant, did an oil change, did a general inspection, and we hit the road.

The only thing that we have to do to this car was replace the battery, change the oil, replace the intake manifold (didn’t even have to do that, did it as peace of mind so it wouldn’t fail during the trip as I’ve had one of these cars before with a aftermarket intake that failed), change a few burnt out bulbs and change a blend door actuator.

We drove 1250 miles through Arizona New Mexico Texas and finally Louisiana, Zero issues.

2007 Ford Expedition I purchased from them has been a decent ride so far, replaced the timing components as you should with any 5.4 3v vehicle, spark plugs, new alternator, water pump, and shocks all around to end up with a very usable truck, all in around 2500$ not counting my labor, got an air freshener out of the dash that was jamming a blend door and got cold AC working again, hot heat, putting new catalytic converters on to get rid of a check engine light, new tires mounted (found a super nice full set basically brand new from the Pull and save north location for 162$ in the size I needed!), and an alignment, and she’ll be mechanically sound.

Great employees, good selection of cars and parts, I just wish they would offer some of the cooler or unique cars up for sale before putting them up for parts.

I’m glad I was able to find my 1992 Subaru SVX from them, which I was able to see that they had in the back after coming to look at their selection and having one of the employees tell me to take a look around their new arrivals.

I spotted the car at the very back and ended up coming back the same day to buy it, it was a fun project getting it back on the road as it was obvious that it sat for years, the fuel tank was full of rust, but as they described, it started on starting fluid, and was sold to me as such.

Drove it around for a while and ended up giving it to a passionate collector, all in all awesome

I mean it when I say this is the best spot to buy used cars, as you don’t have the hassle of sketchy Marketplace people, if they’re selling it they have a title for it and usually just requires taking an emissions test to be able to register it and drive out on the road.

Looking forward to my next project once I’m through with the Expedition, hopefully they’ll have something fun or unique with a manual transmission!

This place doesn’t deserve a 1 star. Unfortunately it’s the lowest we can give them. They have you sign up for their rewards program then I have an available reward and they said that i don’t have an account with them. After I showed them proof that I do they still said that they won’t horror it. So I will never be back to this place. And I am disputing the charge on my credit card so they will not get paid it.

Great experience beginning to end. I had a 2014 Captiva lose the engine and sold it to these guys. First, they were the most reasonable in their offer. There was some negation but Silvia was a pleasure to deal with. When Armando (the flatbed driver) showed up (in the time frame he said he would and called ahead) he was peasant and accommodating, handed me the check, took the keys and that was it. Unfortunately, I realized 2 days later that I had forgotten something in the vehicle. I called Silvia and she was again really accommodating, transferred me to where the car was and Lupita (at the location) was understanding and had me come down where she had another staff drive me out to the yard to retrieve my personal item. The whole time I never felt like a bother or just another person they had to deal with. I had the pleasure of running into their GM Nate so I could pass along my experience and hopefully have the team members know that the way they do their job matters and is appreciated. Losing a vehicle you need is a difficult experience but working with these good folks made it a little easier.

If you want to go to a place where you get scammed, go here, Diego the guy working there was claiming he was the manager ,not sure if he was but they gave me one price when I came in and tried to charge me 150$ more when I took the part off, what a joke of a place, don’t recommend to anyone. Don’t know how that guy is in charge of that place, terrible customer service and extremely rude. Hope the owner addresses that situation cause they will be losing lots of customers with that employee working there. Hopefully they put someone more professional there in charge cause Diego loves arguing with customers apparently.

This particular Pull N SAVE is not the place to find parts, if you have a Toyota Tundra or a vehicle that they consider special. They attempted to gouge me and I would not have it, I go to the junkyards to save a few bucks.
In this occasion, it took me nearly four hour to take off an A/C compressor motor, because this particular truck had been rolled. My time is worth a minimum of $15. an hour, I must provide my own tools.
Please keep in mind, that the parts are used and there’s a 50/50 chance they may not work. If you purchase a warranty, then your money will be refunded-but not your labor.
Therefore, $90.41 is not reasonable when a new one is $179. which comes with a one year warranty, is delivered, and is new. I like Pull N Save, but today (South Phoenix) gave me the short end of the stick, even after I offered $52. dollars I had, bummed out.

Omar is the best! He’s so knowledgeable and attentive and willing to work with you to give the best possible service. He has a wide array of parts and has anything that you could possibly need! Omar does great work on all European cars and is my go to guy!

Ordered air bags from a guy name Ben he assured me that the parts should be delivered possibly on a Saturday maybe for sure Monday I said well I’m gonna have the truck here so you better have them here and you showed me well. I’m gonna talk to my shipping team and X expedite your delivery Monday comes no parts. Tuesday comes no parts. Wednesday comes no parts and it’s Thursday no parts this place is the worst place. I mean I’ve been in business for 24 years and if I operated my business like this place, I’d be out of business. these people are horrible and maybe it’s coincidence. Maybe they had a bad day but you don’t want. I’m gonna make it worse because that was uncalled for making me look bad to my customers horrible place to do business with.

Omar is the man! I came in looking for parts for my Mercedes-Benz, and he made sure I had everything I needed. This place is incredible, with a huge selection of high-quality parts.

They also have them set up in a way that makes it easy to find the ones you need plus you can go on their website and search to make sure they even have it before you go.

My hubby and I come here all the time. Easily accessible from the 1-17. The staff care about your safety and have warning signs posted to beware of heat exposure. Pretty clean and organized from other lots we have been to. They have the cars we need in stock. Friendly bi-lingual staff. Fair prices. They have independent food vendors in the parking lot (Shout out to the fruta y jugo lady!). Their website is update to date easy to navigate and has pictures and pricing. Hands down my hubby’s favorite lot ever!!!

After pricing mix up, manager Daniel took care of issues. I paid to have part pulled, and it was done quick. Christina was great, as well!

Pricing on parts here is double or triple that of the competitors down the street!!! I pay $15 out the door for hydraulic cylinders for convertibles at pull n save…. Here, they charge close to $50!!!! I’ve spoken upper management and got no where… sadly I have to pass on numerous cars that come into these lots due to over priced parts…. Considering a Volvo has 11 cylinders, that’s $550 just for the hydraulic cylinders!!! They only buy the car for $250!!! I understand a profit but my goodness…. The car has thousands in parts there is no need to charge that kind of price… I hope to see lower pricing so I can bring my business back to this lot!!! I buy a lot of hydraulics

I was able to find the exact make and model of my vehicle and was able to get the parts for less than half of what I would have paid at a retail shop. The yard was clearly organized and was easy to maneuver. I will definitely be back.

Big scammer be careful with this guy.sold me a broken engine worse than the engine I had and will not give me my money back don’t trust them. They told me that they wouldn’t give me my money back but can fix it but I need a 5.4 I just wanted my money back unless that happens I’m good I tried to give you the engine back.. you offered others their money back but definitely denied me. Worst junk yard I have ever dealt with. They gave me the wrong motor and engine harness and then they made me go to another junkyard to buy a different one for 200$ and it still wasn’t the correct one. So after dealing with this and going back and forth with them I found the right one for 300$ and they didn’t want to pay for it, so I had to pay them out of pocket. This doesn’t include the 2500$ I gave them as a package deal, which I am still missing the radiator and transmission lines that were supposed to be included. This has been a horrible experience and I would suggest going somewhere else.

Terrible experience. Bought a part from there that was faulty. I was told there was warranty, only to find out the warranty is only for “store credit” or part exchange. They didn’t even have the correct part to exchange and gave me 3 other parts that weren’t compatible. Spent 3 days trying to get this resolved with them. The guy Irvin that works at the front desk literally eats food while talking to customers, talk to his girlfriend on the phone the entire time. He was even drinking while working. I would never go here again.

We ordered multiple parts. Unfortunately, they could not produce everything we paid for. What was frustrating was they promised one day, then another day, then another day. Things happen, but things continue to drag on. If you can’t get it, say so. Extremely frustrating

Employees are very friendly and helpful, everything is reasonably priced, with them even offering to sell waters and sodas to customers—being this is in Arizona, and I’m writing this in July, this is very important.

With such a wide variety of vehicles, some modern, some classic, some lightly used, some heavily used, it’s possible to find just about anything, and everything for what I was looking for. On eBay, what I needed would’ve cost me around $700, going to a shop—probably somewhere in the thousands. But I spent only $110 on high quality parts, bolts, screws, and cosmetics.

God forbid, if I get into an accident, I might skip a shop, and just get what I can from these guys.

I found out today,07/30/2025 ,that this place had been closed for business “a long time ago”.

Nice lot with plenty of decent vehicles to pick from. Don’t forget to bring your own tools. They advertise tools for rent, but I didn’t need to. Also be sure to price check with the staff before you take time to pull parts, as they maybe competitively priced locally or online (new). But for the obscure hard to find dealer only part, pick a part wins hands down. The entrance fee is very reasonable, and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Overall, yard is very small compared to other junk yards in the area. Selection was okay but most vehicles had most parts stripped already. Staff was fairly neutral, though not very helpful. Admission fee is 3 dollars or you can leave a five star review to enter for free. This makes it look like a better junk yard than it actually is, especially when you have to leave the review before even seeing the yard. There are better options in the area.

They never pick up the phone or call back. I’m not driving out to a place that might not have the part I need,.. at this point customer service is -1000/10

Payless Salvage Auto Parts is hands down one of the best places I’ve ever dealt with. Eddie is such a wholesome, genuine guy, and his customer service is top-notch. Him and his brothers really go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you need. They treat you with respect, are super knowledgeable, and make the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find people in this business who actually care about helping customers the way they do. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know.

Don’t use these guys. I called with plenty of time ahead to get the part I asked for ( they said it would be 45 minutes before it was ready) I get there and I get treated rudely by victor and blown off when I told him I wasn’t happy that I drove an hour to get there just to wait another 30 minutes for the part to be brought over. The rim was badly damaged and they never told me that over the phone when I asked the condition . Completely unprofessional

I want to thank Eddie and his team for successfully switching out my transmission. This was an expensive scary fix. However, the process and professionalism of the technician and Eddie was 10 stars. I like this place because for one, I’m able to take a break from the world and find that time alone. Finding the parts I need at a reasonable price, is like putting a feather in my cap.
The Staff are friendly and helpful, even crack a joke if you like. Only thing that keeps me from awarding them five (5) stars is discarded parts everywhere, and without a doubt it’s the customers.

A friend of mine and I visited this location, the staff here not too horribly accommodating. But for the most part, they gave us a list of the car we were looking for. Fairly easy to find lots and lots and lots of walking, it isgetting hot out here, take lots of liquid refreshment, if you do partake in the outdoor activity of picking a part off of a car in the heat. I have lived here in Arizona for a very long time, I almost wish I had taken an umbrella. Put carrying tools and parts, it would have been way too cumbersome to have taken one more item to carry along. As always stay true to yourself, and God bless You!

I went here with a friend who had been struggling finding a part and was so happy that I went with him. It was like watching a little kid and hid very first Christmas, he was so happy n excited about finding what he’d been looking for. It was awesome! First of DONT EVER COME HERE , They sold me a broken part after i asked him to look at it , gave me a replacement part broken also , very unprofessional very disgusting service, and poor prices , and also these people here have a fog thats bleeding and with no food or water and that is bleeding , in their yard. The Arizona State , has been notified made a complaint also to the Arizona Business Dept , also animal control to make sure no animal cruelty has been passed down in this yard.
Saving all u the trouble make sure u don’t shop here unless u want to get pissed or upset or have a bad experience

Person at the counter asked what vehicles I was looking for and I have him 2 vehicles with wide range of years and right away he said they didnt have any without checking or anything. When I asked if i could go look for myself he said no why do you want to go look if we dont have any and said we close in 10 minutes anyways. Even thought he had just let someone else go in and look. Very bad customer service and he even rolled his eyes haha. Other employees that were there were smirking while this happened. I’ll be sure to spread the word and never go back. Something similar happened the first time and I told myself if it happened again I would write a review well there it is.
