I took my Dodge Dakota to a different location and had an unsatisfactory experience. When I decided to reach out to the Big O Tires at 7th St, they listened to my concerns, and did a full inspection on my vehicle. After the inspection, Julian took me to my vehicle and literally showed me what needed fixed. He validated all of my concerns, as well as explaining what would the vehicle would need moving forward. I am so glad that I made the decision to have the vehicle checked by him instead of opting for a different company. I now feel like a valued customer and can be sure of the safety of myself and my vehicle

Since purchasing my newer vehicle two years ago, I started going to Big O on 7th St and Bethany Home Rd. They were so kind, thoughtful and worked with me, since I was on a widow’s budget and just wanting to do my best for my car. First impressions matter. I’ve been bringing Betty (my car) here ever since. Oil changes, rotations, alignments, etc They are my go to place for my cars care, and peace of mind to me. Thank you for watching out for me.

They fixed an issue I’d been having with my clutch and it’s running great now. I have a 90s Tacoma and they were able to get all the parts. My key broke and they replaced it with no charge. This has been one of my better mechanic experiences. We take all our vehicles now!

I have had a great experience every time I come. They never pressure me and do a good job prioritizing recommendations. They have gotten my car done the same day every time. I feel confident in their technicians and the work they perform. Plus very few shops are open 7 days a week.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

I took both my car and my boyfriend’s car here for oil changes because every other place was booked on Sunday. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a mistake. Shortly after we left, both cars began leaking oil. We brought them back, and while they claimed to have fixed the issue, it seemed like a temporary solution at best. They also recommended $2,100 worth of additional repairs on my boyfriend’s car, which ended up causing more problems.

We had to return over 10 times, and ultimately, my boyfriend’s car stalled on the freeway due to a lack of oil, leading to a total loss. When we reached out for help, they informed us that there was nothing they could do.

As for my car, I brought it back again for the oil leak, and they told me there was a small crack in the oil pan and someone sealed with blue sealant over the drain plug, suggesting it was pre-existing. This explanation didn’t seem right given the timing of the issue.

I cannot in good faith recommend this place for anything beyond tires if that . I will be seeking further action and pursuing this in small claims court. I strongly advise caution to anyone considering their services. I am seriously, not wanting to complain, but Jesus these people will rob. And not take accountability for anything that they did to your car !

Taylor was amazing!!! He helped my daughter get a set of tires for her car, an alignment and gave her an oil change free of charge. I also purchased 2 tires for my own vehicle, got an alignment and given a voucher for a free oil change. Amazing customer service, great price, great employees. I will definitely be back for any future tire, oil changes! Thanks again!!

I went into this Big O location for a simple oil change, and the staff told me my brakes were bad and urgently needed replacement for “safety reasons.” They showed me a color stick gauge, claiming the fronts were in the red zone and the rears in the yellow.

Out of fear, I purchased and installed new brake pads. Later, my trusted mechanic inspected everything and confirmed the brakes were still in excellent condition and nowhere near needing replacement. He even gave me the original pads back — I’ve included photos here for proof.

When I called the shop to follow up, the same staff member admitted he didn’t have the measurements for the pads, promised to check the computer, and never called back.

This is a clear example of fear-based upselling and dishonesty. Because of their tactics, I wasted money on brakes I didn’t need — money that should have gone toward the tires I actually need. Customers deserve transparency and integrity, not scare tactics.

The shop responded claiming this was a “mix-up,” but that doesn’t match my experience. I’ve always come here for my tires, they’re fast and friendly. They always communicate with you when selecting your tires to have you inspect and approve before installation. I’ve been a customer for years. I recently came due to a blown tire and was there 30 min max.

I have been coming to this shop since I was 20 years old, when I first blew out a tire, and I’ve continued to return over the past nine years for services such as oil changes and full sets of tires. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here and was always a loyal customer.

However, during my recent visits, the experience has completely changed. The staff were extremely rude and hostile. They repeatedly referred to me as “sir,” even though I am clearly a woman, and when I tried to explain the issue, they rushed me and spoke dismissively. I was traveling from Mesa to Avondale and specifically stopped here because I trusted their opinion, but instead I was met with disrespect.

It felt intentional, and at times even racist, which I have never experienced at this location before. Regardless of how I was dressed—just in normal, comfortable clothing—I expected professionalism and courtesy, not hostility.

Because of how I was treated, this shop will no longer receive my business. If a company values its customers, they should show respect. After nearly a decade of loyalty, I will never return, and I strongly suggest others take their business elsewhere.

They are usually open 24 hours and anytime of the day that I pull up and need are someone helps me quickly. I have needed a tire after 11:00 p.m. and they had the tire I needed. The service is great, they have a pretty good inventory. And they have a covered tent to sit in and wait with a cooler in it.

This is my second time coming here and the service is as great as I remember. Quick easy and forthcoming

I was charged $20 for a $15 patch
The tire tech tried to keep the key I handed him to unlock the lugnuts and he kept the valve stem cap that was originally on the wheel. Now I only have 3. Thanks Lopez tire shop.. the tech seemed annoyed that he had to work and was rude in a sense where he didn’t greet me, look my way and didn’t tell me I had to pay at the window, so I stood there for 2 minutes until I figured that out on my own. I was basically the only car there so it wasn’t even busy as an excuse. That’s my two cents. My personal opinion, don’t use Lopez tire shops unless you don’t have a choice. I didn’t since it was 11pm on a Sunday night I guess I’ll chop up the mediocre service as a convenience fee for the inconvenience.

When I got there, I got out, walked around and nobody said anything. I went up to the register window, nobody responded. After just staring at the workers I asked how can I get service and one of the guys said just to pull in whenever someone pulled out. Some one pulled out of the drive way and, I was about to park, another person pulled in. Very disorganized… I ended up leaving because I did not know how many other cars were waiting or did not know what to expect.

I have to say , I throughly enjoyed waiting for my car. Sitting in the office with the ladies made my day. Everyone was super nice. The tire quality is just as good as going to Discount or any of the other high end places. Totally worth the drive here.

Hey Brandon family. Because everyone needs some very good quality tires for road cheap. Please get ahold of these people right here. I just went and bought all brand new tires. All the way around mountain Balance. I bring cash money. I was out the door and less than 45 minutes. I paid. $420 And my car is driving so good.Now it’s not funny

I think it’s the best place to get you new tires for a good price. Here in phoenix . And the customer service is amazing so kind and helpful.

They had the 275/60/20 in stock … charge me a fair price took the spare off that I just put on and put the regular rim back on in 15 minutes

Excellent service

I come here for my new tires and alignment bc their pricing is great! Downside is the wait. This time I came for an alignment and stud to be replaced. Got here at 1230 and there was only 2 cars ahead of me, which is normal and that alignment went normal speed but the stud to be replaced, my car was taken to the back to be worked on about 215. I’m still waiting for it to be replaced it’s almost 4pm!

Came to replace a tire that had a screw in it.
$40 to put the tire on and balance it seems a bit high. Just my opinion

Great service. They are fast friendly and have some of the best prices of tires in town. Chino’s was highly recommended by a close friend of mine, and I can see why. Thanks for everything. Best price in town I could find by almost 25% for 4 new economy tires. The owner and workers were extremely courteous and friendly. I got there 15 minutes before they closed and instead of turning me away they hustled to get the job done. They also accept credit cards which was a major convenience. I’ll definitely be going back the next time I need tires and sending my friends there as well.

I’ve come here twice now. Once for a tire repair & the 2nd time to get 4 brand new tires installed. Every time I come here, the staff including the owner are very friendly. The work is fairly quick & prices are very reasonable.

My tire repair cost me $15. My 4 new tires plus labor cost me $340. You can not bet the prices or customer service. I’ll definitely continue to bring my business here!!!

Alan came out to us, took care of everything quickly, and saved the day. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced this level of top-tier customer service, and I’m beyond grateful for his kindness and professionalism.

Had a tire fixed at 3 am. The guy was nice and the price was right. Id recommend this place.

They have two tires shops one on McDowell and one on Thomas I installed two tires yesterday and the guy on McDowell couldn’t balance them so he sent me to the one on Thomas he said he will be calling them and letting them know I’m coming he never called and when I got to the one on Thomas, they didn’t want to finish the job even though I already paid half at the other shop so after going back-and-forth with the only guy that speaks English they finish the job for the price that was supposed to be given but the guy didn’t wanna work on his day off, so decided to not do the job right and end up scratching my two rear rims so I called and he said he never put two tires on yesterday so I just came here and he still proceeded to tell me he never installed two tires on my truck which I don’t know how when he installed two and balanced all four so he tells me to wait 30 minutes for the boss man I said OK he got mad cause I was waiting here and said the boss won’t be here till tomorrow so I asked for the bosses phone number and he wouldn’t provide it. I would not recommend these Mexican tire shops they have illegals working for them and people who are doing drugs, I would not suggest bringing your vehicles here they will not be safe this is coming from a customer that has been doing business here for over four years Pay the money go to discount tire

Do not take your vehicle for used or new tires they don’t guarantee absolutely ” Anything” . Jesus verbally told me he was the owner. Two days later sone kid who allegedly is in charge said he wasn’t the owner. I had to two blowouts within 2 days from purchasing a used tire. Then the kid tried to charge me again to replace the used tire. Furthermore, they don’t guarantee brand new tires when you purchase from their shop. They don’t do business on Great waters” not to mention, Horrible customer service.. please stay away from this tire shop!

Just went in for a tire plug. The cost was $15. They offered a patch for $25. I was in and out pretty quickly. No complaints. I asked about used tires, and they said the price would depend on the quality of used tire, which is on par with other like shops in the area. I recommend.

Rude. We pulled up and he walked up looked at our tire real quick and said they didnt have the tire, didnt go to check or nothing. They make you feel like they dont have the time of day for you and he was sitting there doing nothing when we pulled up.

I went in today to get a set of tires put on my 2012 Civic. Emmanuel was super nice, the other gentlemen he had with him were thorough and fast. They ensured that my wheel nuts were properly torqued, and they took care to not damage my wheels or vehicle. I will be back for sure.

I was so happy that my tire size was on hand in the used tire inventory! The selection was great so was the affordable price! I will definitely be a repeat customer for life! I highly recommend this place!

First when I pulled in and got out, no one came over to see what I needed. When I finally did get someone to talk to me, they looked at my tire for one second and said they didn’t have anything and would need to order one for the next day. I totally get that but the fact they didn’t approach and then hardly looked at my tire. I just went somewhere else.

This llantera has been here as long as I can remember. Great prices and great service. Rudy always has a great attitude and does the job good. Whether you want a used or new tires they got you covered. Not to mention they are opened 24 hours.

This place is a joke. And a very unfunny one. I work late night and unfortunately have to deal with places like this sometimes. I got out of work late and found my tire completely flat. I called as many 24 hour tire shops as I could that said they have my tire in stock. To my dismay this place claimed they did on the phone before I arrived. I get there and all these guys working the night shift look pretty scary and one of them kept staring at my car. It was making me super uncomfortable. They were about to do my tire install and just as they were putting the wheel on they decided to take it back and remove the tires they just put onto the wheels and another guy went back trying to search for what I was assuming the correct size for my car. I didn’t see until the next day that they put on the wrong size tires. I called them during day hours and told the guy what happened and he also claimed that they have my correct sized tires. So I go back again after work to have them changed out. They guy working says he didn’t have my tires. He is requesting I wait a whole week when they get more tires in. I’m just going to get tires from a real shop and take those used over priced tires back and demand a refund. I will not be lied to twice and be taken advantage of.

I came to this shop to patch a tire, and the guy told me my tires were too old. He offered to sell me two used ones in “better condition” for $200. I never got to see the tires he was offering — I simply trusted his professionalism. Since tires for my vehicle can be expensive, I thought it was a good deal.

But I was wrong. They removed my Firestone tires and replaced them with a strange brand that was two years older and clearly in worse condition than the ones I had. And to make things worse, one of those tires went flat just two days later.

At first, I wasn’t going to leave a review. But after reading other people’s bad experiences, I realized this wasn’t just my case. I don’t recommend this place at all.

If you’re in the area, there’s a 5-star tire shop called “The Tire” on the southwest corner of 7th Ave and Baseline Rd. Their service is excellent, and the staff is professional and honest. Go there instead.

Needed a tire in a rush and unfortunately stopped here as a last resort.When shown the options on what they had neither where better than 20% life left. So I asked if he had anything else? The response was “No this is better then what you have now!” Like I don’t know I have a blown out tire. Both were $45 each so I agreed on one unfortunately due to my situation. However It was never mentioned that if I wanted it balanced it would be another $15 and they made a big deal out of it when I asked for $5 off, due to the deck they only take cash for some sketchy reason. When they balanced it.it wouldn’t hold balance s they had to take the tire back off the rim because the used tire had a bunch of crap in it. By then I can tell they were frustrated with the tire or me for making them balance it. The “manager kept mean mugging me. So I told him something about it. Then dude (owner or manager what ever he said he was) got his feelings hurt said he doesn’t like my type of business and ran into the office to go hide and sent someone else out to collect the money. (Only cash btw) then refused to give me a receipt. Just treat your customers like people and remember who built the business for you. (The customers) I’m not a one to make a review and I’m not saying they were wrong or if I was wrong. But I felt I had to express my experience.

Good tire shop that is open 24 hours when you’re in a bind. I had two tires that were down to the wear bar. It was late at night and I was driving home. I stopped by and was quoted two used tires and two new tires. I opted for two used tires so that all four tires would wear down at the same time. The quotes were competitive. I was in and out quickly even though they are busy. The customer service is friendly and helpful. They accept cash only.

These guys are amazing! They have been there for me in emergency situations when no other tire stores were open. They care, they listen, and they help! So grateful to you guys for everything you do!

I would rate 0 star but didn’t give me an option. I went to this place on 6/18 and they said they didn’t have my tire. Charged me 20.00 to put on my spare tire. Then called again not knowing it’s that tire shop again… they said they have a tire cost is 50.00. Went today 6/19/25 totally different size but the said that it’s a bit of difference it will work. Tried charging me 60.00 then top that gave me a smaller tire then said it wasn’t a problem then I said it won’t cause any accidents cuz I have children. He said no then don’t get it. I left ASAP….. BAD SERVICE

This place constantly does bait and switch on both prices and the brand of the tire. They are completely ok with lying to get customers in the door then switch it up. I called ahead of time confirmed the tires were ere there that I wanted for the set price. I get there five minutes later and all the sudden they are sold, but are trying to sell me a much cheaper brand at a much higher price. This place needs to be audited by the state

Purchased some 26″ snowflakes reps from here tires and all. Tires got bubbles in year and a half no warranty because I didn’t have a receipt. Purchased new tires online and had them install them and the young tire tech scratched my wheels while installing tires
I will never return to this shop for any service I need

A set of 4 new 205/65/15 tires were $220 balanced and installed…they were fast getting them installed too….
How service should be…

Paid for a certain pair of tires, the reciept has the name of the tires I payed for and the price agreed on. Got another pair of tires installed(much cheaper) claim i was told the switch and are clearly taking advantage even though they wrote it all on reciept. Will obviously submit a report for such an amateur claim, if you are going to scam do it better.

Came here to get new tires and left with damage to my rim and all the air caps are missing. The rims are brand new I know that this wasn’t on there before and all 4 air caps were on there. Just very disappointed after seeing this type of service I received. Nothing wrong with the tires though. I’m just saying if you have something nice don’t take your chances of it getting damaged.

I am very happy to have come here! This place is busy! Esmeralda was very polite and professional but she was like working on 4 cars at the same time! Her crew works hard and is helping as much as possible. She said to me that changing all 4 tires would take about 30 minutes and she met her own deadline. I received a good deal for 4 new tires! I know many customers come by to repair or replace with gently used tires too. They have a good reputation and I will for sure come back to get my other Jeep its tires. Who forgets to put lug nuts on a tire being replaced? These mfkrs! We could’ve died, and we had to fight em to get the problem fixed. The tire not being put on right caused the bearing to get damaged, they were gonna let us drive 4hrs to our home in a bad tire. They were making rude comments toward my bf who is African American. We spent our whole Sunday fighting them to fix it, missed time with our family in town. They’re lucky we didn’t call the cops and file a report…..oh and they were drinking on the job too …pleased don’t go here. This place needs to be shut down!!!!

The 24/7 service is what I value most here. They have a lot to offer though, the services and speed that they get them done at are invaluable to me as a delivery driver. I’ve worked with both night and day crews and both deliver exactly what you expect! They don’t have Zig Zag cones though…
