Dash Car Wash

Paid $20 for a wash, didn’t even get the bugs off. Now there’s tire shine all over my wheels and halfway down the side of my car. Just another big corporation that only knows how to market cleaning cars without actually cleaning them properly. Would not recommend

I love this car wash. The staff is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure each experience is top tier. Jace, Derrick, and Rafiel are the hardest working guys in any auto wash. I've had the most expensive wash membership, and I've had the least expensive All the selections leave my car looking great. I am an Uber driver so I wash my car everyday. I've been to fancier places, but never better places. Check them out. Tell them Jamie sent you.

I live in the neighborhood and been going to the 28st/Indian School location for a few years. Continued my membership when it changed name/owners and had an issue this past weekend where their brushes damaged my hood and top of my truck (scratches). The assistant manager, Andrew, said that the brushes haven’t been working for over a week and couldn’t have made then, I then received a call from the manager, Ahmad, and said that my truck was basically already like that because of the weather, sun, and age of my vehicle. Then he stated that is normal for something like this to happen because of the car wash practices. If the company cant accept responsibility for the damage then tell me, don’t lie and tell me it’s the sun that causes it. Cancel our membership immediately and would not recommend get your vehicle washed here.. Going back to Lindstrom car wash down the street!

Such a bummer. Just an honest review. Went to get my car washed this morning with absolutely no idea the ownership changed over. Not a big deal. If the ownership changed over, it should be a very simple easy process to take my old account and roll into the next one. Every employee looked completely stumped like this wasn’t gonna be an issue moving forward. Just had me sitting there. No Real communication. Said it would only take a minute. Literally had me sitting out there for minutes with no communication. Not gonna lie, I didn’t wait that long but it’s too hot out to even be sitting in your car for 5 to 10 minutes.. I got out of there because I could just tell it was gonna be a hot mess for them to figure out. Hopefully, they’ll get it figured out. But for now, I’ll go buy a membership somewhere else. Even if it’s further dry for me. This specific location, whether it has changed management or not. Has had major issues with Consistency, staffing, and communication. I don’t expect anything better from the new owners.

I hadn’t been to this location since the rebranding, and I’m so glad I stopped by with my new car. Ali went above and beyond helping me remove and reapply my paper plate, and he even took care of transferring my account. Super friendly, professional, and efficient — he made the whole process quick and stress-free. Great customer service!

Great car wash. Especially the wrenched lotta car washes say that it’s spotless but we all know it’s not! This one is highly recommend. Use Dash anytime you get a chance.

Cory was an awesome help. Moving all of the chairs I had from camping into my car and insisted I stayed in the car made me have to leave him a tip. Cory also told me if I ever needed help in the future to go to him. Thanks man!
