Tom planned our daily excursions throughout the entire island. Circle the island Tour was our favorite, we definitely look forward to going back next year. Tom stayed in contact with us in Oahu, we had to cancel our transportation to the Polynesian Cultural Center last minute, because we ended up renting a car. He spent the time to interview us in order to understand our goals for our first vacation in several years. He then provided us with a number of options that met our needs. Tom was a great help in planning our trip. He recommended a number of different options and shore excursions for us to choose from. Some were not offered directly by the cruise line, but they were all very good and easy to connect with on shore. He recommended Holland America; they were a good line because the ship went into Glacier Bay National Park and the park rangers came on board for lectures. Holland America was good in all respects; we had a great time on the ship itself. Two weeks before our trip, Tom sent us a check list of about 20 items that we should consider or take care of before we left; it was very helpful. All the reservations we made through him were in place in Alaska when we arrived; we had no issues or problems.
