So I was having trouble keeping work due to my background even though I was always truthful about it. I didn't have this trouble with Inova AND the company they hooked me up with. I'm so grateful and happy that I was able to work where I am now because of this AND I really do like what I'm doing now and have decided to make this a career. This place will send you to places that cause mental stress. Inova has good staff but the places they send you are terrible!
Poor communication, and "ended my assignment" with a job that I hadn’t even had for two weeks because they don’t know how to communicate with the company. Even the supervisor said it seems like there’s a communication issue with employees under this agency. It’s supposed to be at least a full month to prove yourself. My messages with this company have either gone disregarded, completely ignored, or lacked transparency. They also used to only pay $15 an hour until another person under their agency complained and compared them to Terra. Thanks for wasting my time and cutting off a job too early when I needed it the most. Really appreciate it.
So I'm confused I can't go to any job that is available if I don't have a description of what is expected of me as their employee. Stop wasting my time and others. Loose my number please so unprofessional.
Had posted a Resume Via Indeed , Dana Reached out within a few days . Set appointment very quick , entered Integrity to Meet Ms Dana : Very polite , very well organized . Application , Safety Awareness , and Interveiw Process was quite smooth and efficient . Thankful to have the opportunity to work with a company that is well structured. Would highly recommend contacting . Over a month and going strong , loving it !
Company was racist to my friend!!! Do not work here if you’re a person of color where they almost called my friend the N word and got fired. This is SO disgusting
