We hired Venz Media in spring 2025 for video production, Google Ads management, and social media advertising. We paid $2,700 upfront expecting the excellent marketing support that everyone boasts about. What we received was a pattern of missed timelines, poor communication, and undelivered or unusable work. The final video looked AI-generated and was not aligned with our goals, despite us prepping our store for the shoot and losing revenue during that time. A Google Ads campaign was launched without our knowledge, ran for just three days, and was shut off with no notice. We only discovered this by checking the ad account ourselves. When we raised concerns about keyword quality, the team admitted they didn’t know what to use for our space. The keyword "research" we waited weeks for was a basic spreadsheet with no insight, clustering, or strategic value. No social ads were ever launched, and timelines were repeatedly missed. When we raised concerns on a call, we were mocked by a team member, which led us to cancel the rest of the engagement. After submitting a written complaint, the company did issue a full refund, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and caused measurable business disruption. We cannot recommend this agency based on our experience. (Update: Since posting this review and filing a BBB complaint, we've received multiple follow-up emails and texts asking us to remove it and close out the complaints. We consider the matter closed and have no intention of editing the honest experience we've documented.)

I do not recommend this agency. I waited over four months to receive something unprofessional. I will continue this process with another marketing agency and I will pay for the services I expected to receive here. No recomiendo esta agencia.
