I would give them negative stars if I could because this company almost cost me my car an my sanity. They were great when I first signed up with Jonathan, and that was because the accident happened 2 blocks from his office. Lesson learned, dont ever make life decisions because they are convenient. Long story short, they did not have much communication unless you complain to them. They recommended a body shop, that almost went into abandonment proceedings because Jonathan would not call the body shop back. Literally they only care about the personal injury, they will not help you on bit with the property portion. They cost me at least the car rental, that i would not have gotten had they told me I might not get paid back for it. Which was about the $2k, the amount it cost to fix the whole car out of pocket. Ridiculous that they just didn't want to talk to their client when they have questions or concerns on a timely basis. Thank God for my new attorneys.
