SADLY your loved one has to die for them to take a ,malpractice case. I called them over a week ago to see if they would take on a malpractice case for my wife who was on life support for a week, in ICU for another week and has been in a skilled nursing facility for over 4 weeks now doing rehab. They gave my wife to much Anastasia for a medical procedure and she ended up on life support along with a host of other medical issues that she is working through to this day. The Lady at the law firm took the info on what happened to my wife, put me on a brief hold, While on hold I listened to the law firms voice ad on how great they are with winning cases, big or small. The founder of the law firm talked about his brothers medical misfortunes and that compelled him to help others. Unfortunately their advertising is misleading. Don't get your hopes up with the hype and fancy wording while your on hold. They know how protected the medical community is with all the waivers and release forms you and I have to sign for any medical procedure. The law firm probably is good with low hanging fruit cases, ambulance chasers if you will. But good luck with a malpractice case unless your loved one sadly passes. Maybe the fruit is hanging low enough at that point. My guess is the founder of Morgan and Morgan has a PR person responding to reviews and doesn't concern himself with responding. Says right on your website that you represent Homeowners insurance claims, but I called and you do not. Its difficult finding an Attorney in todays landscape, as many of them do not have accurate information on their website/business posting like this one. Update your website/info to be accurate, that's the least you could do.

She was kind and knowledgeable and she listened . I thought I wasn't ever going to get help with this matter. Then I saw a commercial for Morgan and Morgan saying that they take cases like mine and I called the number. Thank God I spoke with her. Thank God for Morgan and Morgan.

Terrible experience. When you call you are basically speaking to a call center employee after that it’s nothing but auto generated responses. Zero attention to helping you through the process. Requested a phone call from my lawyer and he sent me an auto generated response 24 hrs (he clearly did not bother to read my email). Case manager just sent out auto mated responses and then client services had the nerve to tell me it was not automated response. Don’t waste your time.
