I contacted Hernandez Family Law in the Summer of 2024 to enforce a current parenting plan while I was stationed with the military in the United Kingdom. By January 2025, the court ruled in my favor issuing me reimbursement for Legal Fees, missed parenting time, and previously booked flights. Not only did they rule in my favor on this matter, but Blake also brokered a deal that increased my parenting time with my 9-year-old and gave me primary parenting time with my 13-year-old and reduced my child support by $1,000 per month with the new arrangement. Throughout the process, Blake and Shannon worked diligently and kept me informed about every step of the case. This was the best experience I have had with any legal team I had worked with. I CANNOT recommend them enough. My situation was extremely contentious and the team handled it with the perfect blend of grace and precision.
