Joe arrived early and fixed the problem efficiently. He gave me a full explanation of the problem and how he fixed it. He was very pleasant. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance.

Mr. Appliance is top notch! Joe is the tech that was dispatched to our home for a failed refrigerator. The home shield last fall wasted our time for 3 months and they could not fix it correctly. The refrigerator finally failed for the 4th time. The home shield co. sent Mr Appliance this time and we were taken care of. Joe did some testing and had to return the next day with some dye to detect leaks. Joe pronounced it dead and not repairable. We made a deal to the home shield company, we were offered brand new unit for a like replacement or actual cash value. We took the cash for our 15 year old unit we got $1650.00. Mr Appliance helped get it filed for revue quickly, we only had to wait 3 days to make the decision and we took the cash. Our new unit is on the way!!
