Element Nail Bar is hands-down the best salon in the valley. Great service, always. Everyone here is so friendly and so professional. Bill is an artist. We came here a few months ago from out of town and were so pleased with the service, we made sure to come back again when we traveled to Phoenix again. My older daughter loved getting her nails done art done by Sean, he was super patient and helpful with her while picking out her colors and designs. My younger daughter had her nails done by Phan and loved them. Bill did my nails and did a great job.

Lisa is the best nail tech I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing! I’ve heard stories of professionals who can take one look at your hand and know what nude or pink is best, but Lisa takes the cake. Best pedicures in town, too! They really take their time and you walk out feeling pampered and ready to face the world.

Love my nails! Thu was super sweet and bubbly. She did a wonderful job on the base of my nails and the white tips, taking the time to make sure everything is perfect. She has such a light touch and not aggressive like other nail places I have been. Pink did an amazing job on free handing the snowflakes. Super fast and super precise. Will be going back as a repeat customer. Definitely recommend to anyone.

First time here and I LOVED IT! $33 for an amazing gel manicure! I needed a quick manicure cause I’m a nail biter and abuse my nails when they’re not done. I wish I had a before. But amazing job thank you!

I’ve been going to this salon on and off for years, and every single time I return (even after long breaks — we’re talking 5, 6, 7 years!), they remember me *and* ask about my mother by name . Terrible experience. Especially if you want designs they refused to give me a price until the end, did a lazy line job and got upset because I asked for them to redo my design because I didn’t like it and it looked nothing like the pictures I showed that they said they could do with no problem. The man told me he had only been a nail tech for 2 days and you could tell. All nails were uneven and they don’t clean up under the nail. The boss said she would do my design for free and still ended up charging me for the half ass ombré style she did. Worst nail shop ever. Don’t go here! I have another nail appointment today to fix the bs they made me leave with.

Hands down one of the best nail salon experiences I’ve ever had!
I’m usually really hesitant to get manicures or pedicures because I’ve had so many bad experiences. Most places rush through it, don’t do a great job, and if you ask for something specific, they look at you like you have three heads. So honestly, I just stopped going.

But last week, I decided to give it one more shot and try Talk Nail Salon since it’s right next to my house, and I’m SO glad I did! I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Ms. Melody, and let me tell you, she completely changed my outlook on nail salons.

I went with the deluxe pedicure ($60), thinking “If it’s bad, I just won’t come back.” But Melody absolutely blew me away. She gave me one of the best leg and arm massages I’ve ever had at any salon, hands down! She was super thorough, detail-oriented with both my feet and hands, and made me feel truly pampered.

The whole session took over an hour, included a heated neck pillow, beautifully scented treatments, luxurious soaking potions, and a relaxing ambiance. I honestly felt like I was getting a $150+ spa treatment.

To my surprise, the total came out to just $90! I’ve paid more than that for terrible service elsewhere. I’m someone who deeply appreciates quality care and attention, and this was it. The massage was so good I almost kicked Ms. Melody in the head from falling asleep and twitching! LOL!

I highly, highly, highly recommend Talk Nail Salon and especially Ms. Melody. I will definitely be back.

I love talk nails spa , I started going to their salon in 2023 and ever since I’ve always liked how I have gotten my nails done there and especially done by Tina . in my opinion I think Tina is the best nail tech there because she makes sure she files the nails right , and also takes her time focusing on each nail making sure it looks similar to the picture . I will always go to Tina because she always does a great job on my nails and never disappoints me . Also Tina is very kind and patience which I like and she is gentle when doing your nails ! She is awesome and even will stay later to finish doing your nails . All the times I have gotten my nails done I have loved them so much , I would highly recommend Tina if you ever go to talk nails spa she really knows how to do nails .

Went in on Wednesday to get a pedicure and the lady who helped me did a horrible job. I asked for acrylic on specific toes and instead of getting that she just polished the nails all white. The scrub wasn’t even done it’s like she was worried about what ever was going on in the wax room she kept walking away from me. My feet were still rough. Definitely not going back. I went in today to a new salon and they did a much better job.

The place is a mess. I signed in and waited asked how much longer it’s been 30 min now and she said I’m next. 2 hours later after we spoke they started my nails and then she stopped to help someone else. I’m back to waiting another 15 min. One person walked out one other skipped and upset and then dropped phone in water. Now I have someone else doing my nails. 2.5 hours later. Mess here please don’t come go somewhere else. This place is a zoo not what it used to be.

So pretty inside all the ladies are nice. Very happy with my service and I barely sat down.

I made an appointment the night before for 2 pedis today at 9:30AM. The receptionist greeted my mother and I and was friendly as well as attentive. Snow did my mom’s pedicure and was fantastic, Paul did my pedicure and I love how thorough and detailed he was. The salon is beautiful and it was nice to see it fully staffed and efficient. The prices are reasonable for the quality of work they do. I highly recommend coming to this salon.

Horrible experience. I chose this place because it was raved for designs. I called and verified they can do complex designs and asked to schedule me with their best person for designs. I walked in and again asked for best person for designs. I showed the man doing my nails my design request and asked if he’s sure he can do it and he said for sure he can do it. He kept making mistakes and i would speak up and he’d basically tell me he understands and he’ll fix it later. It looked terrible and nothing like the photo. I finally in desperation ask for the manager to come over. I show him the photo and how different my nails look. He tells me i should have told the nail tech from the beginning to do the colors like the photo and I’m like it’s been the same photo since before he even touched my hands?! I tipped the nail tech anyway and then the manager argued with me telling me they “never said they could do that design 100%” which is not the case. 2.5 hours later i walked out with my nails like this and the manager still charged me $45 for not doing anything that I asked for. DO NOT go here if you need complex nail designs! Manager was rude

Scheduled a same day appointment and was seen right away. Natalie took care of my pedicure. We did a basic pedicure with gel polish and it was $53 (including a $15 up charge for gel polish). She was super sweet and helped me choose a color that would pair well with nails. Katie did my nails after showing her my inspo pic we settled down on gel builder nails (a gel overlay) with ombré and an almond shape. My nails cost $85. Katie took her time and made sure I had exactly what I wanted and used products that would do the least harm to my natural nails which are very healthy. It took two hours for both services to be completed. The salon was quiet and clean. The staff was very kind and had nice conversation. I will be returning at some point and will probably use the same nail techs so that I have a consistent experience. There is a $6 charge for paying with your card vs paying cash. You are able to tip with your card. They provide bottled water and mimosa’s at your request.

And the nail tech was meticulous in removing my old polish, ensuring a clean, smooth base before painting, my nails with fresh, vibrant color. The foot massage was pure bliss, leaving me feeling completely refreshed. For $115 experience was well worth it a perfect blend of relaxation and pampering! If you’re looking for a place that delivers quality service in a calming environment, the spot is definitely worth checking out.

The entire experience on my 1st visit was 10/10. I was offered water, coffee, soda, and champagne and got a mimosa. I was seated quickly and offered same time service. The manager was very attentive and so were both techs. I need very short natural looking nails that are still cute and Lee did them perfectly even before the paint they looked really good. My pedicure was pretty good too. Ill definitely be back the place is definitely a vibe. Its cute and the service was exceptional as well as the quality.

Paulie is the SWEETEST she did my pedicure she explained everything she was doing. The most relaxing pedicure I’ve had in my life. The use FRESHLY SLICED CUCUMBER on your legs !! Yeaaaa ANNNNDDD they wrap your feet in a bag that has warm wax in it. When I feel you my eye rolled back in my head!! That’s something I’ve never experienced and something I feel every nail salon should incorporate into their routine. brings a whole new meaning to baby smooth skin. I will be going back and never going any where else again.

I visited this salon two days before vacation on my birthday, hoping for a relaxing experience after reading mostly positive reviews. Since their prices are the highest in the area, I expected quality service—but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

The salon itself looked run-down, and the pedicure chair I was placed in was broken and made loud, uncomfortable noises. I had an appointment for 4:00 PM for both my daughter and me. We arrived at 3:45, but there was a heated argument happening with another customer, and we weren’t seated until around 4:30. We were then told they were short-staffed.

They started on my nails while my 9-year-old daughter was left sitting alone at a pedicure chair for an hour with no service. After my manicure was done (an hour later), I sat with her and we waited another 20 minutes before we finally received very basic pedicures—just to get it over with.

When it was time to pay, I was surprised to learn there’s an extra fee for using a credit card—so you’re forced to either pay that or use their ATM and pay a fee there too. The only good thing about the salon was the staff were nice.

To top it off, two days later (the first day of vacation), one of my nails completely snapped off. I paid $68 for a manicure that didn’t even last 48 hours.

This experience was incredibly disappointing and not at all what I expected for the price. I won’t be returning

Came into this salon for the first time today and Maddy at the front desk was beyond helpful. She was such a friendly first face to see. She ran me and my friend through the services so patiently and she offered to get us a slot very quickly. Tony did my nails as well as my friend’s. He was quick but not rushed. He took his time applying builder gel on our nails and perfectly filed our nails into our desired shape. Such a professional and beautiful salon environment. I will definitely be coming back regularly. Thank you team 🙂

10/10! I never left a nail shop so pleased & that speaks volumes for someone who has been getting their nails done for 20+ years. Everyone is so kind & welcoming. Vincent the manager & his wife Tracy are phenomenal. Tony my nail tech is quick & one of the best in the game. They even guarantee their work for 7 days. I’ll def be back for sure! If you’re in the Tolleson area def check them out! Super clean shop too.

During the pedicure my skin on right toe was shaved off causing bleeding, they added neosporin and discounted $5 dollars, the following day on my left toe, it was super inflamed and I had to go to the urgent care to get it looked at, I had an infection which now I have to take anti biotics for. Do what you will with this information, but I will not be returning here.

Con: My cuticle was cut by the drill on three different fingers. I felt the initial sting, but assumed that was a normal occurrence. I bled a bit from one of the cuts. The others felt irritated for days.
My nail bed is wrecked. I soaked in acetone for up to an hour and it still wasn’t enough to get the nails off without major damage.
Pro: The nails held for a month. They held their shine and shape for that entire time. I enjoyed the haste of the application.

Overall $75 for a quick, beautiful application is great. Cut cuticles and difficult removal, not so great.

Jenny gave me the best manicure I’ve ever had. I told her I wanted it to look natural. But also be strong, she took her time. It was like artwork. It was absolutely beautiful, natural seamless. It’s a perfect color. I highly recommend her and I definitely will be coming back.

I went in around noon on a Thursday with barely anyone there thinking it would be a nice treat as I haven’t been able to get a pedicure lately. The woman didn’t even cut or file my toenails after I mentioned I tried to cut them myself and they are a mess and crooked. She just did the most basic “pedicure” and quickly shoved me out of the way to work on their regular clients. I will not be returning and thought I would warn others to not waste your money here.

I have been going to this nail salon exclusively for the past several years. The salon artists are all excellent, friendly, and make sure to do my nails the way I want them! I always take my friends and family here when they come into town and want to get their nails done.

Ann was so kind and so willing to help me repair a poor nail job from another salon. I was a walk-in but she gladly welcomed me and went to work! I thoroughly enjoyed my time with her and she did an incredible job with my nails! I am a very pleased customer and will most definitely be back in her chair again!

The staff here is super friendly and works quickly, which I really appreciate. My first set actually lasted four weeks without needing a fill—huge win for me since I value longevity. That said, I do have a couple of concerns. On both visits, I noticed what seemed to be the same pumice stones and callus removers being used on multiple clients without proper sanitation in between. During my most recent pedicure, I actually saw my tech use the same tools on someone else right after me, which made me a little uneasy. I’ll likely bring my own tools next time unless I see more consistent sanitizing practices or use of disposables.

Also, during this second visit, the owner was coaching the (lovely) tech through my chrome toes—but then used a completely different base and powder than what he used on my hands, so why tell her to use two totally different products that result in a totally different color? The result didn’t match at all. When I mentioned it, he brushed it off and said I just couldn’t see the sparkles/rainbow from far away, but I know what chrome looks like, and this wasn’t it—it was regular holographic powder with a white base under. So now my nails and toes don’t match, which is disappointing. I still might return for the quality and friendliness, but I really hope they tighten up on sanitation and consistency.

This was my first time here and I’m so glad I decided to give Nice Nails & Spa my business when choosing a place in my area. I usually end up going to a different place every time I get my nails done and have for YEARS until now! I think I finally found my go to nail salon! The staff made me feel comfortable, Leo did an amazing job on my nails and did exactly what I wanted, they were very clear and up front about pricing so there were no surprises and the pricing is definitely reasonable! I got a full set of medium/long, coffin shaped acrylic nails with a painted design on 2 nails on one hand and a 3D design on 1 finger on my other hand all for $100. I am very pleased with everything and so glad I came here because I was having the WORST day and they turned it right around for me. Thank you guys!

In most salons, when you ask for something simple, they often don’t put much effort into it. But that’s not the case here—I’m 100% happy with this place! The customer service is excellent, they are incredibly patient, and their attention to detail and nail art is amazing. The work is clean, beautiful, and done with real care. Highly recommend!

Last month I got a bad pedicure from 1 tech and a great fill from Tammy. Later that day I noticed the polish was a mess. I called and Tammy fixed it without a blink of the eye even though she didn’t cause it. I went today and Tammy did a great job on feet and fingers. Downside is they are pretty expensive for people on a fixed income.

I came in about 3 wks ago on a Tuesday and the nail tech Linda suggested I get gel nails because it’s better for my real nails, and that it lasts about 1 month. I’ve never had gel before, but I got that. Had to go back days later on Friday because the polish had bubbles. A gentleman repolished my nails for free. I went back last week to get 2 nails fixed and repolish on the rest for $35, and it was a smaller lady that did it. Today, I needed 4 nails fixed, mostly the thumbs, and the same smaller lady from last time fixed my thumbs, but wanted to tell me not to get gel because the nails don’t last long, but Linda said it does. I paid $10 for getting only my thumbs fixed. And she wanted to argue with me saying I burned my nail, because of how it looked. I work in a pharmacy, I don’t use heat for anything. Maybe when I cook, my nails heat up, but what does it matter? I’m a paying customer, so you should just fix the nails I tell you to fix, not give me attitude about what you think happened to my nails. Then she told me I’ll pay for it. I paid last time to get my nails fixed, so why wouldn’t I pay this time? Last time she took her time, doing my nails good. This time she rushed, and didn’t get the excess gel off my fingers because she did my them a little sloppy. When it was time for the UV she pushed my hands towards the UV lamp, as if she was annoyed with me. My left thumb nail is cut at a slant, instead of straight like the right thumb. She didn’t even put the oil on my cuticles either before I left. I don’t get my nails done much, but this is the 2nd salon I’ve been to with someone showing bad customer service. The next time I go, if the service is bad, I’ll leave another bad review and look for another salon. You do not disrespect your customers at all. There was no reason for her to talk to me like that. Next time, I want Linda to do my nails.

The staff is super friendly, love my nails and pedicure every time! Franky does amazing nails and never disappoints in either bringing my ideas to life or coming up when I have no inspiration!

I went in to get my gel nail polish remover and a basic manicure no polish. The customer service honestly wasn’t there at all and the girl didn’t get all the gel polish off very very disappointed. I gave this place a second chance and they ruined it again. Go somewhere else.

And 30$ for a basic manicure and gel removal is crazy!

The owner reached out to me and apologized for the quality of the dip nails and offered to redo them for free. I came in this past weekend and was very satisfied with the results.

I have been coming here for a few years for pedicures and have had an overall positive experience. During my latest visit, I was offered to get dip powder and I accepted.

What I was not expecting was for the service to be so rushed and sloppy. My cuticles and nails were not prepped at all (besides an acetone wash, which I was charged $5 for without being told).
It wasn’t until I got home that I realized how uneven and lumpy my nails were. There is gel top coat flooding my cuticles and I still have to file them to remove this at home.

The place was pretty much empty when we went so I am not sure why the service was being rushed while I was getting my pedicure at the same time.

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. I normally go to a different salon for my nails, but since I recently moved and my go-to place is now too far, I decided to give this one a try and came in for a pedicure on the Fourth of July.
From the start, the service felt rushed. I specifically asked for nail tips only on my big toes, but the man doing my nails dismissed my request and went ahead and added tips to all of my toes, then upcharged me for it. I let it slide because I liked how the result looked, even though it wasn’t what I asked for.
However, just five hours later while at work, I felt one of the toenails pop off inside my shoe. I assumed it was a one-time fluke, especially since the salon was closed by then. Later that night, another tip, my pinky toe, popped off too. At that point, I decided I’d call on Saturday to let them know and go in Sunday to get it resolved.
When I arrived, I respectfully explained the situation and asked for a refund since the quality was clearly poor for it to fall apart in under 24 hours. Instead of understanding, the woman at the front started yelling over me and insisted it was normal for tips to fall off that quickly, which is simply not true. I’ve had the same service at my previous salon and it would last over three weeks without issue.
To make things worse, she tried to upsell me another $40 service instead of resolving the problem. The entire interaction was unprofessional, dismissive, and felt like a cash grab. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest you don’t either unless you’re okay with overpaying for nails that fall off in a day.

I am not the type of person to leave reviews but this was the worst experience i have ever had. The second i walked in the lady who ended up starting my pedicure was very rude and aggressive. I ignored it & the reviews (i wish i wouldnt have!) and just continued to sit in a pedicure chair, she did my entire pedicure in maybe 10 minutes, I mostly go for the clean up of cuticles and dead skin and she didnt even start the clean up, she started the massage, which usually means a pedicure is almost done and I asked if the cuticles and clean up of dead skin was included and she yelled “im going to do it again!!” with so much aggression and she snatched the price menu from my cousins hands and I said whoa im just asking. I decided nobody can talk to me like that especially unprovoked and told her nevermind, i dont want a pedicure anymore and i left. That was so uncalled for and just straight up mean. She did not even apologize or anything, just got angry at my reaction.

I rarely write reviews, but I had to write one after coming to this salon! I just moved and I have been looking for a new salon and this place did not disappoint!! They are so sweet, easy to get in fast and fairly priced. The lady who did my nails was so kind and really took her time doing my nails, the design was perfect and exactly what I wanted. She helped me pick out the colors I wanted and did an amazing job! If your looking for a new nail salon I really recommend this one!!

I went to this nail shop with my mom and we both got gel manicures brand new sets I left with the most horrible nails I’ve ever gotten done. To start my pinkies I completely two different sizes half of my nails are crooked The nail polish is very very bubbled. There’s no nail polish on the sides of the nails there’s glue and acrylic stuck to my actual skin and my gel polish is peeling off like it wasn’t even dry This place is so horrible. I do not recommend try this place multiple times, and they still cannot seem to do a simple set correctly.
