Rally's

They took my order correctly for the most part. That took a long time very poor communication. Then I had to wait 20 minutes for my food and got it wrong The medium fries were basically empty. I never got my sauces didn't get my onion fries. And by the time you got to finally eat it it was all cold.

I want to give this places a zero star review really because I ordered August 8 at 6:51pm and I get the worst costumer service there is this white boy on the other side of the window give out the food very rude I ordered ranch and he rolled his eyes at me also my fries were almost empty I ordered a medium size they were filled half way they just threw them in the bag so I picked them all up and it was still have way when I go back to tell him he tells me there is no more fry’s so he can’t serve me any very horrible.

They have two walk-up windows, but when you go to one, they direct you to the other. Today, they refused to take my order at all, saying they were only accepting drive-through orders to "catch up"—even though there were only two cars in line. Don’t have a location on light-rail if you don’t want to service walk-up traffic. Get more staff so you can run a respectable business.

Overpriced cafeteria food. Everything is overly sweet, including the burger and fries. The Strawberry Pina Colada drink just tastes super artificial. Burger was luke-warm and drowning in BBQ sauce AND ALSO the cheese wasn't even close to melted(rookie mistake, seriously). Asked for easy ice drink, got full of ice drink. Uses an annoying impersonal AI/robot for the drive through speaker and has the most bored and antisocial seeming employees working the window. Looked a mess inside; the place is smaller than my bedroom and there's like 3 people in there, how it even possible for a place to run this badly? First and last time coming. Yuck!

Food was fresh and hot right on. The Philly cheese steak sandwich was not a Philly cheese steak sandwich from Philly I'll tell you that right now

This particular Rally’s location always hits the the spot. The managers and employees are always friendly and the orders are always so quick. I prefer this location over any other fast food restaurant.

Rally's is decent for fast food, but today they let me down. I ordered a $4 value meal. It is a very good value for the price. The issue today was that I ordered a Spicy Chicken but got a double cheeseburger. The fryes were good but NO condiments at all.
