Really nice western store. My hubby found a nice pair of exotic skin boots. Reasonably price for the their quality.
The staff was also very helpful. Overall we had a nice shopping experience and recommend this business when looking for western attire.

First time visiting Cowtown Boots. Wife and I walked in we didn’t get greeted, we did get any assistance or even get acknowledged. We pretty much took care of ourselves. Finally while looking through some jeans we got asked if we needed help finding a particular size.. she was very nice and friendly. Bathrooms were clean and the interior of the store was well maintained and looked nice, lots of boots and clothes to choose from although they didn’t have my size jeans..
Anyway, I love the boots I bought. My first pair I’ve ever owned haha. They’re comfy and I’m really enjoying them..

So. Many. Boots. Extensive selection of boots and western wear. Extremely helpful and polite staff. Great prices too!

Over the last couple days, I have had an excellent experience with Cowtown the assistant manager, Jason and his staff Carly and Julia have been amazing. Very customer oriented and took the time to listen and help find solutions to the things I was trying to accomplish. If you want a great customer experience, this is definitely the place to go.

Just went in and was assisted by Julia! She was knowledgeable about the different brands, helped me pick a great pair of boots for my significant other. She was so kind and friendly! I will definitely be back. Thanks for your Kindness Julia!!!! The cashier was also very kind aswell.

Cowtown Boots a great place to visit if you like cowboy apparel and drugs you can get cowboy boots in the front and drugs in the back parking lot I don’t like drugs so I’ve been asking cowtown to please remove their open-air drug market from the back of their store as a business in a community I feel it is their obligation to ensure the safety of the community from obvious safety concerns my wife is scared to walk our dog in broad daylight due to the amount of drug users and drug dealing going on that borders our community so yes I am going to hold you accountable for what goes on on your property

I was a little nervous coming here because of the reviews, but they’ve got their act together you guys. Yes, it’s not in the greatest neighborhood, but that’s not their fault.
The staff was super friendly. As soon as I entered, I was greeted, asked if I needed help finding anything, and was escorted directly to the section and sizes I was looking for. Great selection and well organized.

We decided to stop and check out this location today on our way back from lunch in Scottsdale. We’ve come to really like DSW for their variety of shoes. Some can be pretty pricey, but if you join their rewards programs you can earn quite a bit of money off of your purchase which is what happened with us today. Service was friendly and the store was clean. We found a pair of shoes we liked and were in and out pretty quick.

I would not describe the employees as chatty or super friendly LOL but that’s not really necessary I’m trying to buy shoes not make new friends. I was able to find three pairs of shoes, some socks and they were able to help me get the deals that I was trying to get. I appreciate that they are not overly pushy as salespeople. Will be back for sure

Went here looking for some shoes & wasn’t even greeted by one sale associate. One kept on passing by me about 4-5 times & not even a hello, can I help you, or other. Finally when I got to the cashier I was greeted by her. I think the manager was on the other side of her & nothing from her.

This place is awesome! They’ve got more shoes than I thought possible all in one location. I really liked the designer brands they had, but I also appreciated the affordable prices. What’s even better is their clearance sections. Good prices look even better when they are on clearance. And when you have growing kids, there’s nothing wrong with that.

Found two beautiful pairs of heels. And both came at a great price.

I will definitely be shopping for more heels and perhaps sneakers in the future.

Maybe I’ll be able to find other colors in the heels I purchased.

Clean store with a lot of selections and helpful staff. I was seeking the perfect sandals for my year abroad and appreciated having multiple styles and sizes to choose from and test out. Cindy was really helpful with not only recommending a slip on shoe, but also gave me the inside scoop to add Laos to my travel itinerary! ✈️

I forgot how wonderful in-store shopping can be! I didn’t go more than 2 seconds in the store before a friendly voice asked if I needed help (which I desperately did!). Do you want me to lie to you or do you want me to tell you the truth? I prefer to tell you the truth this store has nothing but the bottom of the line of sneakers. Bottom of the line I walked out of that store didn’t buy nothing because of the low quality poor choice of sneakers, real poor, Arizona.

You would think in Arizona of all places , people would of seen a man who gets his hands dirty to make a living. So it was a shock to me when my man’s after a long day working in the sun and he’s finally getting around to shopping for new shoes. Him and worker tells me we need to go and says he’s been kicked out of the store, i assume because they seen he was dirty and muddy so he must of been stealing. I hope the worker was embarrassed when my man’s pulled out a wallet bigger than his, but it didn’t matter either way with out explaining only being served judgment he was denied services . I really do understand getting a comfy retail job I don’t understand the disgusting view and assumptions that the employee working today had.

Only place me and my man buy shoes. Great service, great inventory, they always have my size. Clean store and awesome prices. Love this place. Awesome place of your up on your “shoe game” or if you just enjoy comfortable shoes at a great price.

Walked in to buy some shoes and not one greeting from the four people behind the counter. Walked around for a bit and no one asked if I needed help. Two employees walking the floor several minutes later walked right by me talking amongst themselves. No help offered. A couple of times an employee would stand at the end of an isle watching me, never acknowledging me, nothing. These employees are clearly there collecting a paycheck for doing minimal work. Our family will spend our money (your paycheck) elsewhere.

When I came in I was greeted nicely and offered help. Kelsey was very helpful and kind enough to guide me to the slip in area and pulled my size out for me. I would recommend this location!

My favorite Sketchers store to go to! We always find what we need. They have a huge selection here and always have deals. Employees are also super helpful. Plenty of parking and it’s not in a mall. Win win win all around.

Rudy was a superb sales man!!! He was so kind and friendly and let me take my time deciding which pair of Nikes I wanted- even showing me the insoles that I could get for one side of my feet and told me to go to another store as they did not have the specific insole that I wanted. They were able to paper wrap my shoes properly too as I didn’t want a box to put in my checked bag.

OMG, my two boys were acting wild in the store, they’re little. However, we were waited on and helped out with the most patience and regard that I’ve ever seen. My kids didn’t even bother the guys working, they made sure my son got the best fitted and most comfy shoes, and perfect, since my son is going to the boxing gym now regularly. They also helped me pick out a pair of shoes for my hubby. Although I had to return them because he has a wider foot than the doe was, they still took great care of me when I returned, made sure I left happy. I even tried to tip them but they couldn’t accept. I RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR NEW SHOES AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE……….10 STARS IF I COULD

I waited a long time for a manager to come and do a return. Even though I had the receipt. Any employees should have been able to return my t-shirt for me.

I ordered some shoes from here for my nephew. I never received a notice letting me know the shoes were at the store. Furthermore, the stores phone number is useless. It always says its busy. In went down to the store to pick up the shoes and the store associates took awhile to get them. They also bounced back and forth telling each other to help me. I felt like 2 of the associates didn’t care about customer service.

Horrible experience, no variety and only 1 unpleasant worker unless you count the security guard that eats a few to many ‘s. Worker doesn’t even attend to the customer’s, Al Bundy would be disappointed.

If you’re in need of a knowledgeable sales associate that is going to help you find the shoes that you need then I definitely recommend going to another company because the two stores that I have been to they have two or three people up at the registers and not one person could be bothered to help me out on the floor even when I went up to them and ask them help they literally pointed to the wall and pointed in the area that had the specific brands I was asking about, that was their big contribution to my helping me take care of my shoe needs.

I went into the store in kind of a bad mood. However, I was helped by Cindy & Alan. I left this store in such a great mood all because of these two associates. They helped me look through pretty much every shoe while making great conversation in the meantime. I will definitely be back to this location. Thank you Alan & Cindy!

There are definitely better places to purchase any item that is sold in this store. Shoot, even online might be better. Poor customer service, constantly asking for a certain style/size of clothing is unnecessary. Nothing special or noteworthy about this place.

Received excellent customer service recently. I went in to buy one hat & ended up with two! The quality of their products is excellent & I don’t mind paying more for quality. The owners are very knowledgeable about their merchandise & have been in business for almost 40 years! Highly recommend them!

If I could give zero Stars I would. I bought some Justin steel toe work boots an they already started to tear on the leather an on the bottom after 1 month I paid over $230 dollars for them will never be going to that store again….

Needed a cowboy hat, after Google search I was directed to Botas Juarez Western store and I wasn’t disappointed.
They have a large stock of Cowboy wear. Jeans, hats, belts, boots and accessories. The customer service was excellent and the price comparable to the industry. There’s a bit of construction going on but maneuver your way through if you’re looking for that special outfit.

Bad service. Honestly better places to buy boots. They are stuck up and won’t help you find what you want.

Been in there a couple times now, always very friendly to me. Latest trip was to get a hat and they kept trying until we found one that felt right. (and let me tell you, we tried a lot).
First trip was to get info on oilskin duster and their advice was honest.
Highly recommend them and I like to support local businesses as well.

A surprising quantity of quality western hats and wear. The staff is friendly and truly understands the products they sell. I’ve lived in the South Mountain area now for 11 years (in Phoenix +40) and I never realized this wonderful store was right down the street. You can bet I will be visiting them again…soon!

Just wanted to show some love to this company from here in south Florida! I have purchased multiple orders, and today I reached out to request special shipping for an item, and they replied quickly and was able to accommodate my shipping situation. Devin, Cameron, Hector, all of them go above and beyond and anyone else I’m missing thank you, if I’m sneaker shopping this is the first and usually only stop I need to make. I was in today, came in 445, thought they were open until 6 didn’t check the store hours and Cameron specifically didn’t rush me let me shop around and only let me know at the end of the transaction about the hours. I’ll be loyal to this place as long as I’m in phoenix (unless I keep losing their raffles, just kidding guys!)

An absolute gem of a store! Not only was the staff the most kind & helpful, but they had some of the most sought after sneaker releases! 10/10 store, I will be returning!

My husband had been eyeing this place for some time now. We finally got a chance to stop by while in the area. The guy there was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed the vibes they had going. He told us they had the smallest shoe size on display for women and children. My husband liked the gym type shorts from them and got a shirt and a hat and got his first Birkenstocks . And I finally bought myself my first pair of Jordans. If ever in the area again I would definitely tag along to come back.

Manor is an incredible store that I would recommend to anyone looking for great kicks and great clothing. My daughter and I went into the store just to take a peak around and the service we received was amazing. The gentleman working the afternoon/evening of Feb 13 (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) provided us with not only great serivxe but he also took the time to offer many other recommendations of other local places to check out during our time in Phoenix. We will make sure to always make a trip to Manor anytime we are in the area again. Thanks for such an awesome experience!

I’ve purchased a few pairs of shoes from these folks, and service has always been great. Nice shop, cool shoes (for kids, not serious adults). But there is a young lady who hopefully won’t be working there when you go. I tried to buy shoes for my daughter in light of our past good experiences, but if you don’t want to deal with the youthful too cool for school attitude prevalent with today’s youth, avoid the store if she’s working. We stood right in front of her with a shoe in hand for a few mins, and she didn’t even look at us. Admittedly, she was on the phone, but no eye contact, no acknowledgement we we were there, nothing. We decided to leave, we were ready to purchase. Well buy online from someone else. She doesn’t own the place, so she could probably care less. This is a nice area, and people expect good service, like we received the first two times we purchased there. This may seem frivolous, but I think established people deserve a bit better service, at least basic acknowledgement of a customer.

10 out of 10 experience with this company. Texas gal here, I found them online because of their incredible prices in comparison to competition. But I had a few questions about shipping and inventory sizes. I called the store in Arizona and spoke with Devin. I was ordering shoes for my kids, and when i tell you he went above and beyond. I was so grateful for his customer service. He helped me with my entire cart and ended up actually having more options in stock at his location that weren’t on the website. Yallllll, he got them added to the website in under 5 minutes the website is so user friendly and it updated right away. I was able to snag SEVEN pairs of shoes for my kids. When i originally was only going to order 2-3 pairs. He boxed up my order and it shipped in like an hour. I was so impressed. Great company, great employees, fantastic experience. Will deff be recommending this website to my mama friends!!

Worst experience I had yesterday. The girls that work there are so rude and unprofessional. I took my sister to buy some heels for her graduation and the girl there were extremely Rude we didn’t even finish looking because of the way we were treated. ZERO STARS I would always recommend this store because of the variety of shoe options and colors but not anymore if that’s how they treat people

I have personally been to this store and i think it is great! There clothing is one of the best clothing i have yet come across. There customer service is really good and the clerks were more then happy to help me around the store. As far as the pricing, i think you get what you paid for, and it really is good quality clothing!

Worst Experience! This clothing store doesn’t have fitting rooms, and they only offer store credit, they give cheap paper as a gift card that can easily be lost, which I gladly took a picture of, they kept my item and money since they aren’t allowing me to use my picture as evidence. They are keeping $43 from me!

This store in mesa at superstition mall. it scam u out of your money . They don’t have a changing room to try on clothes. So my wife bought a couple of blouses. Took them home, try them but they didi not fit. We came back, but they would not exchange them. As far a customer service. The clerk/manager was rude. Do not shop at this place.
