Culver’s

Worst fear came to life. After 3 bites of coleslaw I see a lil ol buggy wuggy chillin in there. Literally, devastated so sick to my stomach….gagging still 40 minutes later.

WATCH OUT ! Had recently ordered a chocolate concrete mixer with Reese’s and the ice cream was sooo SOUR, so bad! Obviously the ice cream has gone bad or was expired. Called to let them know and they were so rude about it and almost like they didn’t care that it tasted funny or possibly get others sick. The lady Val was so rude. Didn’t even offer a refund!

If I could give negative stars I would. The manager Val is extremely EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL . I ordered 2 concrete mixers and they were spoiled and looked disgusting. I called to get a refund and Val the manager disrespecting me and not even apologizing when I asked for a refund and explain the situation. Worst experience I have ever had at a Culver’s . You will get sick eating from this place and the customer service is extremely childish and disrespectful especially Val the manager disrespecting. And she didn’t care that the ice cream is spoiled.

This location used to be solid. Last few visits it's gotten worse and worse. Placing your order at drive though is miserable. It takes forever to place an order. Regardless of how many vehicles are there. Placed order 20 minutes ago for two concrete mixers. No vehicle ahead of me. Have to pay them pull forward. Wait. Mixers come out without the carrier I requested and coated in custard. At night. Now all over my hands and cup holders. Now all over my steering wheel. Think the delivery person would have a towel or napkins to offer? Nope. Just drop a mess and run away. Now I'm home. Custard in the freezer. Getting out cleaning supplies. Couple years ago I thought there were two owners named on the door. Maybe one moved on. Could be the issue. I'll probably move on too. Cheaper to eat ice cream from the freezer anyway.

Go to literally any other Culver’s. The employees that work at this one are incompetent. I waited 20 mins for custard just for it to come out melted and missing toppings that I paid for. It seems like they forgot about it, meanwhile there were 4 employees standing at the front doing nothing the entire time. Look at the soupy mess

I swear to God I mentioned I wanted a "bacon double culver's deluxe" 4 or 5 times in the drive-thru lane. At the window I had to correct the lady who took my order twice, but then she seemed to make corrections to my order before swiping my card. Ten minutes later when I received my food, the fellow handing out order said that it did not contain bacon. The fellow handing orders out was kind enough to get me some and correct the error, but the overall experience was a little unnecessarily complicated for what amounted to one burger. I appreciate the crew being nice, though! EDIT: Arrived home. Opened the burger. Although the ticket said it did not have bacon, it did have bacon. I upped the food rating to 5 stars. Thank you for being proactive and thank you for the accidental extra.

My first time at Culver's and will be back. Enjoy the double cheeseburger They do deliver your food to the table which helps balance the fact you order at the register. Saving the dessert for next time.
