Went to wrestling here, and they put on a good show, would highly recommend. They dont really cut people off of their drinking. One guy passed out and the ambulance came and got him.

I really like this bar. As someone that is not a “bar fly” so take that as it is. I feel safe inside, and there is a wide variety of clientele. The waitresses are always nice. I like the food truck options they host as well. Tho Rib guy is my fav.

I’ve brought dates here for pool and darts. Would recommend for a casual atmosphere.

I’m not a “regular” here, but I’ve always enjoyed this place when I come here.
They have many full-size and “quarter” sized tables, many Dart boards, karaoke, and even a smokers lounge, which to me is a huge plus.
Haven’t tried the food, though. Been here to watch fights too.
Everyone seems to be in a good mood. I’ve not seen any drama here.

Great open space. Dive bar feel perfect for pool. They host all types events after buying out the laser quest next door. Two hours of pool and about 4 drinks roughly 60

This place was cool. I’m told that it’s the largest pool room west of the Mississippi. Can’t call it but the place was pretty big. As expected, pool tables everywhere. Helpful staff. Music playing (which I can do without). Screens all over the place. Didn’t seem to attract a bad crowd. Patrons seemed orderly. Me and two of my Muslim brothers shot a few games of pool. Had a good clean time. The place also has video games and other skills games. I thought it was a nice little hangout.

I really enjoyed this place. They have a plethora of pool tables and cues available. To reserve the table for an hour whether 7’ or 9’ is $6. One game is $1.50. Drinks are reasonably priced. They do have tournaments happening in the afternoon for a couple hours. But I’d definitely check this place out.

Lookout Tavern has such a special place in my heart. First off, the food is amazing. I never had a bad meal here. The atmosphere can get a little loud, though it’s so much fun to go with friends, family, and a date. The service is amazing, I’ve been going here for about 3 years and only had one bad service time. As someone who is a server/bar tender, I get it. I love coming here for drinks they have something for everyone here if you drink beer, cider, wine, or liquor. Lastly, this bar is a STEELERS bar. As someone who grew up as a steelers fan on the East Coast, it makes me happy to see fellow Steeler Nation fans. I love coming here. The only downside is I recently moved to Glendale and am now not down the road to Lookout anymore, though you better believe I’ll make the drive during football season 10/10 recommend this restaurant ‍♀️

Absolutely love Lookout Tavern! The food is consistently delicious, and I really appreciate their gluten-free options. It makes dining out so much easier and more enjoyable. I had their GF pizza and it was SO good! The staff is always friendly, the atmosphere is upbeat, and everything I’ve tried has been full of flavor. Love all the fun games on their patio from darts, to board games they do not miss a beat. Whether you’re grabbing a casual bite or out for a night with friends, this spot never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Came for the UFC PPV and was pleasantly surprised. Plenty of televisions. Clean place with really good food. The shroom brisket burger was amazing. We will definitely be back. Don’t sleep on this place. Loved it.

I have been there three times, the first time my son-in-law wanted to treat my wife and I. I ordered the bison burger and what I received was a plain beef burger. I tried to eat it for my wife’s son but just couldn’t. so I sent it back. A manager came out and claims the cook made a mistake and would personal see the right was made. I declined because I don’t trust a kitchen to remake my food. The second time was ok I split something with my wife was nothing to write home about. But this last time we went was the sole purpose was to go out and have a bison burger, well that didn’t happen. I ended up with another BEEF burger!!! This time I only took one bite and i was done. The waitress wanted to know if I wanted redone and I told her no I don’t trust redone food. Then she wanted know if I wanted the manager and I declined because if after two times they are tying to sell regular ground beef as bison or their cook doesn’t know the difference. In either case not worth going back or recommending to anyone.

I’m kicking myself for having not going here before this … live just a few minutes away and we kept saying we needed to go to check it out. We went on Father’s Day, reserved in advance of course. Seated right on time, great service and the food was excellent !! Great menu too … if I had to find something worth mentioning it would be the flies, so many of them. Most likely because they had the front door propped open I’m guessing. Not sure why they would do this on a 110+ degree day, but not my electric bill. Ha ! It started warming up a bit as we were leaving. Definitely will return !!

We have been here on a few occasions and have always had a really positive experience. The service and atmosphere have always been great and they have a good variety of food options. There are several vegetarian options and they made me a delicious mocktail on our last visit. Love all the fun theme nights they have – we were there for song bingo night and had a ton of fun. We saw a flyer for family trivia night, so we will be back for that!

Storytime. I have been coming to this bar for 18 years. Since it has been Wild Bill’s Saloon. I have seen bartenders here come and go and have met new ones over the years. When one has been welcome to this bar, that came as often as my friends and I did, yeah, I got goofy from time to time. But rarely left a tab I never paid. Never picked a fight. Bought hundreds of shots.
My friends and I had the stools by the main entrance. We got there shortly after 5pm and weeded ourselves out one by one. We had our beers and ordered each other shots. Eventually was down to 2 of us until the late crowd of fellas walked in. We’d get our 2nd wind. Gracie owned the bar then.
New owners bought it. Remodeled a bit. Got rid of some smelly daytime regulars and those guys not making them any money. They enjoyed us. We were their anchor.
New ownership comes thru. Don’t go there as much. Homies moved away and passed away. But I still made an effort. I still promoted. But, I am still a presence. I might be hanging on by nights end but still manage to close out and call my Uber. Mind you I am coming from Tempe, Downtown Phoenix, Midtown Phoenix and still want to pay this bar a visit.
We are down to a week ago. Forgetting I was there earlier in the day, I Uber’d there. Bartender pulls up the card machine and I know her and I thought she always enjoyed my patronage, but tells the bouncer, “I cant deal with him.” I dont know this bouncer and he says I have to go.
My mind starts working, “hmmm. I did not close out. I will get them next time.” Mind you I walked in to close a tab but she didn’t want anything to do with me. I ask the bouncer if I can wait inside to call my uber. Nope. Standing outside like a schmuck calling my uber.
Brings me to present time. I walk in a few days ago. Ask the bartender, “Hi, do I have a tab?” “No. You don’t have a tab. You are not welcome in this bar.” “Ok, can I ask if it was your call Tanya or Chrystal?” She said it was hers. She made the case to Cheri the owner.
I am not going to argue. It is their call. I never argue with a bartender’s right to refuse service. I have so many other places I frequent where I am complimented for that understanding. Not that I am cut off frequently. I do shots. They do it with flair, “how about we stick to beers Nando. And Miller Lites, no Guiness or IPAs.” “Ok! I know you guys are doing your jobs. Good looking out!”
That said. As long as I have been going, ideally we are afforded a pass every now and then.
What hurt was she told me, “You need help Nando.” She does nor know me. She served no more than a dozen times during the day. I have a full time job. I go to school full time. I work 10 hour days. I am fine. I dont drink at home. I drink socially. Nowhere near everyday. I have benders. Yes. But, damn.

I don’t care to go back. But if you want to be judged, go right ahead. Look around and see if you’re the only minority in that joint. I never cared, but I wonder what changed.

I have no where near a following but will be a detractor going forward.

This place ive been many times the people are great on a personal stand point on Sundays the bar tenders are great they are great at what they do very out out going and the food not bad for what i call a hole in the wall its bar food just my thing there if possible are the chicken wing’s my say is (it is what it is )

Decent sized neighborhood bar, has a slight biker theme, but wouldn’t consider it a biker bar. Multiple pool tables in the back, very nice patio to enjoy the nice weather, and well priced drinks. Have not had a chance to try the food, but looks very good, and lots of tables were seen enjoying it.

Stopped in to see what food they had and was told they have free breakfast with the purchase of a Bloody Mary or 2 drinks.
The food was great, and when you see how much food you get for a free meal, I was surprised. Then when I get my bill it’s cheaper than anything I would of spent anywhere else.
PLUS the employees are friendly and great at their jobs. The customers are friendly and chill as well.
I left full and relaxed.

Many positive reviews say, “Ain’t Nick’s Tavern” serves breakfast, lunch and dinner has a patio and they have hamburgers, appetizers, salads, french fries barbecue, etc and it allows dogs. A lot of places do. But, it doesn’t allow dogs. It is NOT PET FRIENDLY! THE OWNER HAS DONE NOTHING TO DISPUTE THESE CUSTOMER REVIEWS SAYING IT IS. ONE ThEIR TODAY CUSTOMERS SAID IT’S BEEN ABOUT A YEAR, THE WAITRESS SAID NO 3 YEARS AGO SHE (THE OWNER) CHANGED THE POLICY BECAUSE ACCORDING TO SOME PATRONS A CHIHUAHUA “BIT A LADY”, SOME SAID NO IT WAS ONE LADY WHO DIDNT LIKE DOGS AND MADE A FUSS. I agree and support the owners right to change her policy to not allow dogs, maybe she doesn’t like dogs. The patrons there said. “Oh no! She’s got many dogs” So maybe it’s a liability issue, maybe it wasn’t good enough just to ban that Chihuahua from coming into the bar instead of banning everybody who brings a dog. I don’t know. But to have such open positive communications from many customer reviews and not dispute them is negligence, it’s not fraud but it feels like it. I only brought my dog today to meet a friend for lunch there out of my personal convenience. We went there at my suggestion because from the reviews I thought it’d be a nice new place for us to try. If I hadn’t seen the reviews I would have left my dog at home. It ruined our lunch date. So now you know the dog issue, if you’re thinking about going and thinking about bringing your dog don’t believe to the reviews. Don’t bring a dog. They’re unwanted, Ain’t Nick’s is “not pet friendly” except everyone there wanted to pet my dog. The owner doesn’t care, but I won’t go back. It’s very dark inside for a reason, the patio isn’t that great. And the place is not convenient for me to go back.

Great place for a boozy breakfast. Bloody Mary was huge and delicious. Breakfast is free with drink purchase, a deal that can’t be beat!

We haven’t been here in very long time and Patricia took awesome care of us. Good beer prices and they have a good happy hour that we will take advantage of in the future. Good beer prices. Interesting local crowd and good background music and lots of sports on tv.

The hot pastrami sandwich was amazing. The Philly cheese steak was delicious. The garlic fries are spot on. But my favorite thing was the beer is actually ice cold. I hate when restaurants bring out a barely cooled beer, Dadd-O’s beer is perfect temperature.

Stopped in here with my family to enjoy some lunch. We ordered the Green Chili Burger, Turkey & Bacon sammich, French Dip, and the Strawberry French Toast.

The burger was a little on the small side and really didn’t have much flavor. Same with the French Dip and Turkey sammich. None of the food was spectacular in any way, except for the Strawberry French Toast – which looked and tasted amazing.

Our server Nikki was great, too. Very energetic and she was short-handed and running around getting work DONE. She was the only reason for the 3 stars.

The bar had some very rowdy patrons. I mean, I grew up in pool halls so I’m used to vulgar language and drunks, but at 1pm in the afternoon!?? These people were so loud, I almost got up and left (I had two of my kids with me).

Anyway this is an okay place for a beer, some wings and to watch some football but keep the kiddos and grandma at home.

Great atmosphere and service. Nice place, lots of activities/games to play and ample parking area the ser& atmosphere deserves 4+ rating.

Food(personal experience)
First time visit(09/11/23) – Food was not up-to the mark, ordered chicken avocado burger with coleslaw. The burger bun was soft and fresh but the chicken patty was tasting like it was reheated. The coleslaw was stale and bad as if it was out of the refrigerator for a long time.

Seems like a mix of a biker bar and normal bar, at least early on a recent Saturday night. My fajitas would have been better if ordered to stay, but overall they were still good enough. Nice looking bartenders as well.

Ester what’s our server tonight. This place was hopping and she was the only floor server. A bit of a hiccup with my nachos but all was resolved. I highly recommend this place for the atmosphere, the service, and the music. The food is mighty good too.

Green service very friendly space. Looks like a great sports bar. I was there for working lunch. Like the horses this is a place for you too. The burger and tots fit my taste buds and I think they might fit yours too. This pace is recommended. One minus was the bathroom which are need of attention.

Super chill place, regulars seem nice. My very first time doing public karaoke. Liquid courage got me to do 3 songs when I had only intended to do one. Met some people too. Next time I will try to do without the drinks. Bartender was super dope and made me some great shots. Mozzarella sticks were amazing. Best I’ve had in a long time.

Our group was looking for something new and local. We heard there was Open Mic Comedy at this bar so figured we’d give it a try. When we arrived it was a cool dive bar, totally up our alley. If you’re just looking for a place to wet your whistle, this is a good spot.

We inquired about the comedy and were pointed to a curtain at the back of the room. Once inside it’s a very dark storage closet, thinking the lighting is dark so you don’t see exactly what you’re sitting amongst. There is tiny makeshift stage area and the majority of the audience were other up and coming comedians waiting their turn. We’re pretty sure we were the only 5 non comedians in the closet.

Not a lot of true laughs, most did not know their material and used notes which takes away from the line or joke. One gal was very funny with a bit on her prior employer Medieval Times, Other than her, not much in the way of good comedy.

FOOD was mediocre, we had the specials (burritos and tacos) the onion rings were extremely oily and we were overcharged.

The ladies who worked the bar and food were very pleasant, engaging with their frequent customers.

Overall it’s a good bar, but none of us were fans of the Comedy Open Mic atmosphere or experience.

I love to walk into any establishment with welcoming and kind waitstaff. It has been a pleasure seeing Tori on Saturday and Sunday mornings for breakfast and she makes a great Bloody Mary. Not only is she kind to me, but every guest I see her interact with and even once the craziness begins. Tori is a great addition to Brigetts.

My favorite spot to unwind and hang out with friends. Lissy and all the girls behind the bar are beautiful and talented with personalities to match.

The beer is ICE COLD and the food menu has some delicious choices and everything else is decent bar grub.

Great food, karaoke every night, pool tables, darts, overall a cool spot. However, always check your tab and track what you’ve ordered because I’ve seen many bartenders here intentionally overcharge very intoxicated patrons to account for the drinks they were sneaking in the bathroom, or to make up for an unpaid tab to avoid it coming out of the bartenders pocket. The owners of this bar are notorious for being cheap, greedy, and uptight, which reflects in the behavior of the staff and the high turnover rate.

This was a great Dive Bar experience. Especially for a Sunday night. Karaoke was the event. People singing their hearts out. Great song choices.
Beers were a great price. Paid 27 bucks for 4 beers and 1 mixed drink.

I used to call this a drive bar, not because it was trashy or anything but because I feel comfortable in blue collar environments. It’s a great place to have good fun!

The food here is seriously great. The beverages are fresh and feel good without breaking the bank. I dropped in for the Monday steak special—it was honestly impressive for just 10 bucks. Highly recommend checking this place out. The vibe is welcoming, the music sets a nice tone, and it’s just a chill spot all around.

Great sports dive off the I-17. Grabbed some wings and (I’ll ask for it cooked well next time), but good and super cheesy. Cheap beers and friendly staff. Plenty of TV’s and 2 pool tables (free on Sundays). Jukebox was bumping, everyone had positive energy.

The food is awesome. The drinks are healthy at a fair price. Stopped in for the monday steak dinner , was amazing for 10 bucks . I strongly Recommend this place. Friendly atmosphere good music.

The lady bartender was caught over charging on the bill charging for things that we didn’t order. When asked about it she told me that she was the manager and that she was calling the cops. When bill was finally settled she called me white trash because I didn’t give in to the overcharge.

Cool, chill spot. Would probably go back. We were there early in the night & was told it gets busier after 10pm on the weekends. They were having a live band that night, but I’m unsure if it’s only occasionally or every weekend. Outside smoking patio that you can take your drink with is a definite plus!

I used to come here so often because the wings were AMAZING the music was great and the drink prices cannot be beat (except by the legion) HOWEVER since there has been a change. The food is terrible, my wings are always wrong if I ask for more than one flavor they are no longer a good texture, the flavor is off. Because the crowd is a bit on the ghetto side the wings were really the main reason that I came and the drink prices. Ive been back at least 2 more times for my wings hoping for a different result but nope, terrible. The drink prices are still great and the music is still good but my main reason for coming just isn’t there anymore so neither am I. 3 stars because the drinks are cheap and music is good.

Always pass by this bar, no matter what day of the week the parking lot is always packed. I decided to pull in and already understood why. The atmosphere was fantastic; they host many events throughout the week with amazing deals on meals and drinks, and they are ALL WEEK LONG! On top of that, they have an outdoor area with so many games! And inside also many, many, many games! Honestly what a great location for a quick drink or even just to vibe out with friends there is so much to do and definitely lots to drink!

I first went about three weeks ago and again about a week ago for my birthday. It is a great place for karoake. Even though I butchered my last two songs on my last visit. I was given two complimentary Sprites due to it being my birthday.

The first and last visit were completely different. The first one was great and everyone was having fun. People were singing along; offering to do background vocals; and offering to serve as dancers during karoake performances. They had me weak with laughter. The crowd that night was very lit. During the second visit, I felt uneasy the later I stayed (stayed until closing) due to some rough housing going on. I do not like chaos and that is why I am not very social to begin with. Nothing got too out-of-hand. I may just need to leave by a certain time.

The bartender Zachary was nice. He also has a great voice! Tim the Disc Jockey is great as well! He had everyone sing happy birthday to me per my friend’s request. A patron collected our glasses and placed them together, while a young lady who works at the lounge cleared our table. Thank you to both! I have yet to try the food so I cannot comment on it. I am a bit apprehensive as I saw more people drinking than eating. I may try some food one day. I plan to visit again in the future. Thank you for hosting us and helping make my birthday memorable.

Different ages… Different cultures… Everybody is friendly… Chicken wings and frys are pretty damn good… Pool, darts, karaoke. D.j.- is awesome he reads the room. Bartenders are attentive and fast.. Drinks aren’t expensive but good. Wanna just catch up with friends or meet someone new close to the house. Come to the Hideaway.

You would think would be the only color that would matter to a business, unfortunately not the case WE ARE ALL THE SAME RACE……..HUMAN RACE!! the fact that treatment and service varies depending on shade of skin is disappointing in 2025. Very sad. Kitchen staff is amazing tho. Personally I will not be returning EVER but that’s just me if your “Shade” is lighter you will love it and will be serviced accordingly. #HealTheWorld

I came in and the bartender was amazing her name was Jessica very good bartender . All the sudden the owner comes out and is rude to the bartender .then i hear her talking to a guy who gave the bartender a compliment and owner disagreed rebuttling the compliment, basically putting the bartender down. Very unprofessional, other than that, it could have been a good time.The owner needs to stop getting drunk at her bar and maybe run it right .

This place used to be great. The tall white guy bartender is over the top rude. I have given him the benefit of the doubt. Other bartenders there are good. Unfortunately he works the the evening. I will not be returning.

Great place for Karaoke on Sunday nights! Playing pool and just hanging with friends!!

I was Anticipating a karaoke country bar but i was wong it turned out to be a nice south side dance club thing with a mix of country in it. Was pleasantly surprised had a great time. Drinks were $7 bartenders were way cool. Not a bad place to meet people a lot of singles with friends.

Actually a great little dive bar. I was expecting a small, stinky, empty little bar but was pleased to find a rather pleasant, little bar with more patrons than expected, especially for a Monday.

All in all, I’ll be back!

Small hole in wall, friendly staff, and they pour a strong drink for the price. Definitely would go back. Everyone there seemed pretty and back and chill. They had a variety of music playin over speakers from juke box. Wasn’t there long but it was a good time.

Walked in, everyone stared at us and it was almost like a little cult in there – did not feel comfortable or welcome, later we asked some other bars in the area their input of this bar and they said they only serve the “regulars”- ok… one don’t be rude about it and two so with all the older people who’s going to have a business anymore when you guys all pass? Don’t say you’re open to the public if it’s just for the people who are regulars- how do you become a regular if you aren’t even welcome. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Bar seems better with new owners. They had the Netflix boxing fight on and a decent bunch of Karokee singers tonite. Only $3.75 per bud light.
Divey type bar with sketchy clients and shaky food. Good for a drink or two.

Recently moved to the area from Ft Worth. This is my “neighborhood bar” now, along with Larry’s. All the girls are great, and made me feel at home right away. And they’re all a hard working bunch. The food I’ve had has been excellent. A great place to relax and mingle with the locals! Cheers! – JD

I love this bar, I’ve met some great people at it but my ONLY complaint is please turn on those misters at night, they should run past 10, really until close. Each time I ask they say the box for them is zip tied shut so they cant be turned on. It gets pretty busy at night up until close and we love sitting outside but damn it gets to hot with out those lol. Please keep them on! I know I’m being nit picky lol and I could just sit inside but I am a smoker like so many others.

Marcel’s Bar & Grill is a classic dive bar with a lively atmosphere, featuring free poker nights and a variety of drinks. Used to be a good place until new ownership took over in 2024. Bartenders keep changing and the recent one, Jeff, is terrible. I asked what type of flavored vodka they had and he had an attitude and said, “Man, do you want me to read them all to you?” I said never mind you have an attitude and he said, okay andwalked away. I will never go back to this bar again.

Cool Pete the bartender was not only very friendly and helpful with any questions that we had but he also was very professional. I love his customer service. You don’t get this service anywhere nowadays. fact that they provide exceptional service but also the food was fantastic. Boston is a beast in the kitchen. If he says he wants something just give it to him. This dude is phenomenal with the food. I had the French dip and let me tell you you gotta try you gotta try it I only got the half size sandwich and that got me full when usually it would take a full size but the amount of meat you gotta try it.

Outstanding value for great food, tremendous wealth of knowledge about the spirits on offer, and even some free legal advice if you stray off the straight and narrow a bit from time to time!! Unbeatable staff attitude makes this a must-visit destination if you find yourself in the Valley for a few days. Treat yourself to the chow, challenge the staff with your best trivia, and learn about some brown liquor factoids. So glad we stopped in! The legal advice was ROCK SOLID!! Thanks again!!

This is, hands down, my favorite bar in the valley! Pete and Laura are pivotal and absolutely the best at what they do. Try the sandwiches, you will not be disappointed.

Pete might be the most rude bartender I’ve ever met. We will never come back again after how we were treated verbally and ignored. Even the regulars were confused by how rude he was.

This is a GREAT neighborhood sports bar. You can’t find a seat where you don’t see a TV. The food is awesome, although they don’t have a fryer (no wings ). But the bartenders are awesome! Especially Miranda and Pete!
