I'd give this a 5 star rating BUT when ordering the ceramic #10 clipper blade it said there would be a #7 clipper blade sent with the one I ordered. I thought that was awesome and ordered right away because it said for a limited time that was available. Well I received the #10 ceramic clipper blade but didn't receive the extra blade as indicated when I ordered. I'm happy with the blade I received but disappointed in not receiving the extra blade. That's false advertisement so buyer beware.

Bought a 30w blade. Never dropped it. Never used on dirty hair. And about 5-10 of the teeth are already chipped off. Ryans used to be decent quality. Now its gone to the crapper like every where else. How sad that I spend 45 dollars on a blade to do my job and it lasts a whole 3 weeks.

Use to order from Ryan’s Pets a lot for my salon. Online ordering has become almost unusable. Issues with entering information, many items out of stock and I have to try and complete transactions 3-4 times before it actually works. This weird card verification only works 25% of the time. It’s the only site I have this issue with. Will have to use another site to stock my salon.

I’ve always had great transactions in the past with Ryan’s but this last one left a sour taste in my mouth and makes me hesitate to ever order grooming equipment from them again. Ordered some cordless clippers from them as my current set of corded ones are struggling to function and I know Ryan’s shipping has always been fast for me. They were delayed from a snowstorm but still arrived within the week. When I finally got them, I opened the box to find the 10 blade missing and the cord and instructions kind of awkwardly shoved inside. Upon inspecting the clippers they had dog hair jammed all into the housing and blade lever. Definitely used. I attempted to charge them and they work plugged in but do not charge or hold a charge. Either someone swapped their broken pair for a new one and returned them and no one at Ryan’s inspected the return, or they’re straight up stocking used items and selling them as new. Either way, I’m out a set of clippers and hoping my old set can hang on until I can find another replacement as now these are out of stock at Ryans and they could only offer to refund me. The customer service rep I spoke to was great in terms of getting me a return label and initiating the refund process at least. But I’m very alarmed to recieve obviously used equipment and will likely no longer be buying shears, stripping knives or clipper gear from them.

The worst experience on the phone with "D". I just need help with the hose I purchased which doesn’t fit and if I need to buy another faucet from their website. I asked her if I can give her the SKU of the product and her replied was " What is that gonna do?". What’s a dumb thing to say D?

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company lied to me multiple times. Email and phone customer service has not clue what they are doing. I ordered a 3pck of a catnip toy and received individual units. Previously, always received 3pck. They basically tried to gaslight me into saying it was always a single pack and that the review from 2019 should be ignored. (review states 3pck too) It is really awful how people like this can be a business and setup their staff to fail with customer service.

Love this supplier. Always helpful and willing to do the research on products. Dee, the customer representative was a joy to work with. Highly recommend
