Really unique pet store with a great selection of high-quality items you don’t see everywhere. The vibe is fun and interesting—definitely not your average chain store. Plenty of free parking, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

I love Noble Beast. I have shopped here for years and enjoy all of the employees. I bought a treat for my big dog and it didn’t work out. I was able to return it with no issues so that I could purchase something he would love. The owners have done an incredible job of creating a safe, welcoming space for customers and their pets!

I love the Noble Beast, they’re the best pet supply store in the area! The staff is so kind. Alison helped me out, showed me around the shop, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed for my puppy. I will always recommend this place to anyone with pets in Phoenix!

This pet store is amazing! The owner is the coolest lady ever! She is super flexible and friendly. You can tell the passion for animals is all around this store. Definitely go in if you can and support an amazing small business!

Worst experience EVER in any pet store. Owner was rude, talked over me, lied, called my dog "that dog", sales associate saw the interaction & was equally rude & refused to listen. BOTH were insulting & had zero compassion, listening & people skills. I wouldnt suggest this place to ANYONE. My dog & I were very traumatized when we left. I just read your reply. You are lying. I asked you to hold the harness while I tried yours on to which you yanked him hard alot & were no help You claimed he bit you to which I didnt witness. You kept saying I told you to touch him and I didn't say that either. I was trying to ask for help but you talked over me from the min I walked in. Yes we were so traumatized it was still on him as I felt threatened as did he to which your rude employee followed me out, I would have seen it in the car. Now you gaslight me more accusing me of trying to steal. How do you have a business. I could go anywhere and find better customer svc. Ridiculous to pin on me. You have NO business dealing with pets nor people.

Lots of pet items in this small building. My sibling comes here to buy dog food she can't get at the big box stores. I went there looking for a harness for my dog. The harness selection was very small, and I didn't find anything that met my needs. However, there is plenty of pet food here, lots of collars and leashes, and even a selection of little booties to protect your dog's feet from the hot Phoenix concrete. The person working the register was friendly.
